James Sorry to hear that you’ve not been happy with your experience with David James. We do genuinely understand the frustration of trying to let in the current market - most properties we advertise receive around 100 interested parties which is why we now ask applicants to complete a registration form. This process allows us to shortlist parties to conduct viewings based on each landlord’s requirements however it can lead to a delay as we run through each application with the landlord. The lettings market is extremely busy at the moment and we understand your frustration however it's impractical for us to arrange 100 viewings on a property (not to mention a waste of time for most of the people viewing) so this is the best way we can navigate the current busyness of the market. We wish you all the best with finding a property.
