The reason for this review, please pay attention so that you don’t land yourself in this position, that we in right now, my baby father rented an inconvenience cube apartments which he has not even taken yet & also not signed an agreement to accommodate the apartment It's like a box flat kitchen, it's very tiny like a cartonbox, for £575 that’s separatesClyde property refuse to pay him all is full refund as it's right stated that they have sent the 575 to the property owner where is the justification they have not provided him. that policy stated that the property owner will be given the rent and thats criminal that’s not gonna be acceptable if we don’t receive all our money deposit £1150.00 & rent is 575 this situation: can land, in a court of law 🧏

I had a very mixed experience at Clyde properties in Helensburgh who were marketing my house. Initially very positive good internal photographs, excellent video and a nice display window in the high street. The general staff are all very helpful and pleasant, kept me up to date with all that was happening they also did some of the viewing. I had an early offer but rejected it. Several weeks later this same person wanted a second viewing, we discussed the initial offer and what if they re-submitted their offer. I said I would let Clyde properties know.I was informed by Clyde that this person was a cash buyer and the person buying their house was a cash buyer and the sale would go through quickly without any problems. At the outset I had stated that I do not want to get involved with a chain sale. As it turns out that is exactly where I ended up, no cash buyers and in a chain sale.I tried for a week to contact the female who manages that branch; leaving several messages; they didn’t call back. When I eventually got hold of her, I was accused of doing a deal behind Clyde’s back and that this manager never stated that the buyer had sold and it was a cash sale. I pointed out that I record all my phone calls and have evidence to prove her wrong. From that point on Clyde’s attitude changed completely, no communication, my property was removed from their web-site and office window even though it was under offer with no missives signed. I also heard nothing regarding property rental I was looking for; it was as if I didn’t exist.Clyde property Helensburgh has an extremely childish, immature but above all an unprofessional attitude which is damaging the brand; and all because of one person. This person is the weak link in what seems to be a very robust chain.I would liked to have given five stars, but for the sake of one person I struggle to give it one.

Called up regards a house in Anniesland with the price highlighted at 325K on the website, we were looking for the home report as part of our due diligence prior to a viewing. The very cheeky and unhelpful lady highlighted the price at 375k and said they were looking for 10-20% above the asking price, then asked if we could afford it, repeatedly asking the same question over and over again.Staff attitude is at best very poor, would I recommend this company, in a nutshell not even if they were the only company left in the world would I recommend or use them, with that attitude we took our business for buying and the selling of our current home elsewhere.

Disgraceful, exploitative, shameless, greedy, unhelpful, rude - other than that I’m sure Clyde Property are great. After leaving us without heating for 10 months, refusing to make necessary repairs, and just generally being an unhelpful and shoddy organisation whose only function is to facilitate the movement of workers’ wages to parasitic landlords, they topped off this excellent service by falsely claiming that we ‘tampered’ with the boiler, and as such deducted £700 (plus more) from our deposit. The fact that we have never once touched the boiler is obviously immaterial. Google ‘Clyde Property reviews’ and ‘Living Rent Clyde Property’ if you need more information on this dire letting agents, including how they helped a landlord to raise a young family’s rent by 30% while refusing to fix the damp and sewage issues in their property.
