Absolutely first class service provided by Stephen Johnson and Country Estates in selling my property. Stephen was very educated on the property market and house valuations when others were telling me my property was worth less. He said those prices were too low and gave me the correct figure to ask for. He kept me updated and informed at all times on progress during what was a challenging time with COVID-19 and it was a smooth sales process whereby I received Stephens suggested asking price within one week of the house being put up for sale. Thank you again for all your help. Can’t recommend Stephen any more and he would definitely be the person I would go to if selling again.

Thank you to Country Estates in Antrim for all their help with our recent house move. We have had such an easy moving process thanks to all the help and support from the staff, especially Louden and Lisa who were invaluable in getting our house sold. We have been so well looked after the whole way through our sale and purchase. Lisa gave us such a personal service and answered every query along the way and was great at communicating all aspects of the move between us, our builder and the solicitors. I know the experience would have been a lot more stressful had Lisa not been our point of contact throughout the move! It’s been lovely to have a few calls after the move too to make sure everything was going well which is just a lovely personal touch! I have and always would recommend Country Estates to anyone buying or selling.
