We have been bowled over with how Country Estates in Antrim have looked after us with the sale of our house and looking for our forever home. We started our search almost 2 years ago and managed to deal with many of the local estate agents in some capacity and none held a candle to the professionalism, knowledge and care shown by Country Estates. All the girls in the office are a pleasure to talk with and so helpful. Louden and Liam kept us right with the sale of our home and if we ever did it again, it would be through Country Estates. The people here in Country Estates (Antrim Branch) are absolutely top class, they made an awkward purchase 100x more bearable! Claire Backus went above and beyond her role with constant updates and information, not to mention giving me peace of mind! If Claire wasn’t there then it was Nicole or Suzanne providing the same service, they took care of my partner and I as if they were the ones buying the house! I honestly could not recommend them more. These guys are as good as it gets. From the first phonecall to eventually moving 6 months later due to a delay for covid, country estates are top of the class. They sold our house within a week. Always only a phonecall away if we needed anything at all and we never felt it was an imposition. They were in constant touch with updates for us even though we were clients for a lot longer than we should have been through no fault of country estates. Where do I start, Technically I wasn't even a country estates customer, I was just a buyer and the seller was their customer. The team in antrim were absolutely amazing, even more amazing than the people I actually had to pay. We were initially turned down by a lendor due to the development not having a management company anymore and the lendor classed this as high risk. Well NO Isn't an answer that I accept from anyone and by the service from Claire in country estates neither does she. She went out of her way to gather information that was needed for us to try different lenders. This girl has been there through this whole journey from offer accepted, mortgage rejected,to reapplying, to mortgage approved and today which was completion day. Honestly I don't think I would have fought so hard for the house if she wasn't their fighting with me. She is absolutely amazing at her job, and if I ever did sell up (which I doubt) she is the girl I am hitting up . Give this girl a raise because she is an asset and one you really need to hold on to. From the very beginning of the process of getting 'ready for market' with Laudon, to the completion day has been the smoothest operation I have ever experienced when buying and selling a house... Previous experiences with other estate agents have been a lengthy nightmare but the whole team - in particular Lisa, Susanne and Emma have been absolute gems.
