GoogleFrom the start, via a very bumpy road to completion (due to a very challenging buyer), Mark & Julie have been absolutely fantastic and certainly go the extra mile.
Buying a house is a game to some people and the stress they can inflict can be incredibly challenging. Mark & Julie were with us every step of the way. I cannot thank and recommend them enough!
You will absolutely get value for money and after all, looking for an estate agent is certainly not just about the quality of the pictures they take. It’s about who will support you through the process, push the solicitors, liaise with the buyers and keep you updated throughout. To top it off, Mark’s pictures and drone footage were also outstanding, we even questioned if we wanted to keep the house because it looked so good! In a matter of days we had 8 offers!

GoogleBarney handled our sale, which turned out to be quite a protracted affair, despite the sale being secured the day the property was listed.
The solicitors on both sides made life difficult by failing to communicate well, repeatedly asking for answers to questions already answered and generally taking far too long to complete their part of the transaction.
Barney kept in touch, keeping us up to date, chasing the solicitors and generally working hard to get the early completion date that both we and our purchaser were looking for. I can highly recommend Lets Rent Southampton
