I have been a Property Guardian with Ad Hoc for nearly a decade. The Ad Hoc staff team (including Martin Doyle and Chris Chelin) is excellent and responsive and with Ad Hoc there are always opportunities to live in interesting places at very affordable rates.

I have used Ad Hoc in various locations around the UK over the last 6 years and stayed in some great properties. Easy in easy out no hassle, you do have to realistic they are not 5 star hotels, but great value for money.

Happy to suggest AdHoc to friends who are looking for reasonably priced accommodation. Any issues with the property are promptly addressed, what is delivered is exactly as advertised, requirements placed on tenants is wholly reasonable. I can see myself going back for their services.

I used Ad-Hoc Properties as a Property Guardian renting multiple properties over a 3 year period of Short term work contracts. I found it a great way to live economically whilst being unable to commit to long term rentals. I certainly recommend this company.

Unfortunately this guardianship is very poor & really insensitive.I have been with guardianship for over two years now, the first property was without heating…& the second property they would do their checks at inconvenient times waking me up from night shifts.
