GoogleHave rented a property out with this company for a few years, every time we go to rent it out they can never find someone. We had a tenant that didn't pay their rent, they didn't even let me know!! I have had to put a family friend in here because they couldn't find someone themselves. They still charged the full fee. Now when there are issues with a washing machine the people dealing with are so rude, don't help the owner of the property at all. Will be moving away from this company when the tenancy is over.

GoogleI have had two disappointing experiences with this company, as a tenant at two separate addresses. On both occasions I referred them to the Adjudicator at My|Deposits to resolve the dispute and my version of events were validated. I will not recommend them to anyone and I urge other tenants to challenge them and do the same, especially when unreasonable repair demands are made post-tenancy which could affect a tenant's cash deposit. At an early stage during my second tenancy also, I noticed that a storage heater was damaged and when I asked it to be replaced, I was told to pay for it because the last Inventory did not list it as damaged - logically. It took countless emails to them, requesting that the last tenant be contacted to verify my statement. I was vindicated because he actually said it was damaged when he moved in! What a gross disservice!
