GoogleTried twice to view a property and was promised a call back on both occasions. Totally unprofessional, will try to contact the seller direct. No way I will deal with this agent as they cannot be bothered to act for buyers or sellers

FacebookFaultless service from start to finish from all the team at Austin Hawk. We were struggling to sell through another estate agent and were shown round a house by Robin, he was such a breath of fresh air compared to the competition. It was an easy choice about which estate agent to use when we went back on the market. Simply put Austin Hawk care and pride themselves on their local reputation and it really shows! Exchanged today after Robin working hard to get everything lined up. Highly recommended!

We had a really pleasant experience with the Lettings Advisor, Stephanie, whilst showing us a house for my daughter today. My daughter has been let down by 2 local Letting Agents in the past week - not saying it was their problem, but the delay in which they handled the matter was unacceptable. Stephanie, was very friendly, gave some good advice and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

FacebookWe rent a property through Austin Hawk, have done for years now and have to say I can not recommend them enough! They really are second to none, so lovely and so helpful! One example of how efficient & caring they actually are is this evening - freezing cold with lots of snow tonight, our boiler stopped working, within a couple hours we had someone round, all fixed and heating back on! Absolutely amazing service, we did not expect it to be fixed the same night due to all other call outs!! We were also offered heaters so we wouldn't get cold whilst it was broken! It's always been a great service just tonight reminded me how awesome they are and felt the need to leave this review! �

FacebookHadn’t got a clue what was involved selling a property. Called in Austin Hawk and was immediately put at ease by Dean no pressure at all. Robin came out valued the property and the for sale board was up the same day. Started the process in November and within seven days had two people wanting to buy the propertyRobin helped me every step of the way explaining everything to me and explaining things I needed to do. Completed in January wasn’t expecting things to happen so fast but am now enjoying life in my little cottage by the sea in Norfolk. Thanks for everything guys brilliant service

This is my 6th house and every time I have used an estate agent or online agent (Geez I won’t go there again) to sell my home and buy a new one. My view used to consist of the estate agency service as a whole having sales people and not much more, that was until I engaged with Austin Hawk in Andover. Now my view has changed completely, Austin Hawk not only sold my home extremely quickly for the full asking price, but right through the whole processes provided a level of customer service and expertise that is second to none.

After being thrown from pillar to post with other agents, Dean from Austin Hawke restored our faith in estate agents with his amazing customer service skills and ability to "get things done." We have been in our dream home since August this year and will always recommend Austin Hawke to others! Always service with a smile and you don't feel as if you're getting fobbed off. Dean remained open and honest throughout our purchase and as a result it all ran smoothly with us having clear expectations with timescales etc. Keep up the great work AH

FacebookWe just bought a house through Austin Hawk but sold through a different leading Andover Estate Agent. The service and professionalism we were given by Robin from AH was just outstanding so much so we wished we could have paid them and not our own agent. We was kept up to date on every development which was really crucial due to the complicated nature of our chain. It would have easily collapsed had it not been for AH dedication. Robin ensured he did everything possible to keep things moving and we moved in to our dream house just over a week ago. Having lived in Andover for many years I would encourage everyone to use these guys. You will get a great service at one of the most stressful times in your life. Others may have impressive statistics but my experience is that you become just become a number once you have sold. Well done Austin Hawk. Keep up the good customer service.
