FacebookAbsolutely Unreliable, Avoid at All Costs! We have had a deeply frustrating and awful experience with this estate agent. Our house sale fell through just two weeks before our proposed move date due to their failure to properly qualify the buyer at the bottom of the chain. We were led to believe they were cash buyers and investors, only to discover the day before our planned exchange that they were not able to proceed and lacked the necessary funds. What’s worse, the agents have been unresponsive and evasive throughout this process, showing a complete lack of professionalism and urgency in resolving the issue. It’s clear they do not prioritise their clients' interests. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. The stress and disappointment caused by this agency are simply not worth it.

FacebookOther estate agents rings after a viewing for a feedback to pass on to the seller , but this ones are more concerned about you taking the property rather than accepting an honest feedback. I felt they were too pushy and that’s a very disgraceful thing to do . One of the guys we had a house viewing with rang back , rather to ask for a feedback which other agents does , I tried giving one reason why I don’t like the property . The only response I got was “ that wasn’t why I called , are you considering the property or not “ . Obviously if we wanted it, we would have made an offer but I tried telling him why it wasn’t for us but also said what we liked about the property , but guess what ? He shut us down like our opinions didn’t matter . I was shocked beyond words . We had to blacklist the agent and swore never to buy or sell through them. Other agents rings for a feedback to pass back to the seller but urban and rural certainly needs training in that aspect . You should learn from other estate agents . I won’t be buying or selling with them no matter how much I want the house or wish to sell my house . Disgraceful and utterly shameful way to treat a potential buyer .

FacebookExcellent service end to end! We’ve just sold our cottage in Ampthill and after disappointing service from a competitor in Ampthill we switched to U&R. We laid out our high expectations in the introductory call, we are often out of the country so needed thoughtful proactivity, excellent communication across multiple time zones and clear statements. To be honest I expected to have to poke them a few times through the process to keep to my standards but I am pleased to say that I did not need to at all. They exceeded my expectations and even went way above and beyond in popping in to the house when we were away to check on heating, post and such like. We made decorative changes part way through the sale and they had no issues coming out to take new photos and quickly updated heir sales material. EXCELLENT.
