GoogleRude, unprofessional and liars
Dear Lissy I have just listened back to the calls you had with my colleague and to be completly clear, my colleague was extremely polite, professional and never once uttered anything other than the truth. You called at 09:46 to book a viewing on a property, requesting a day where our office was closed. My colleague advised we where closed and that viewings at this property where to be accompanied so could you kindly suggest a new day Monday to Saturday that would work for you. You subsequently provided a new ideal appointment time and my colleague put this in the diary sending you details of the viewing. My colleague then called the home owner to confirm the viewing details at which point they informed us that access on that day and time may actually not be possible and that they would come back to confirm. My colleague called you back at 10:00 to make you aware that although you have recieved the viewing information via text to please not attend the viewing until you receive a confirmation call as access may not actually be possible that day and we were just waiting for the seller to confirm. At this point you went in to what can only be described as a rant, saying that you “don’t understand these people, do you want to sell or not” and that you had “a bad vibe” as you didn’t appreciate being “lied to”. I must stress that even once someone places their home on the market, they do still have a life, commitments, work, etc. that means they may not be available to you. And it is not your right to demand access to any property at any time, it is entirely the vendors decision. I would ask you to remove this entirely untrue and misleading review.
