From the probate valuation to then marketing & subsequently completing the successful sale of the property it was a pleasure dealing with Ken & Sasha. GoogleWe'd highly recommend Country Properties after buying our new home through them. The communication has been great and everyone has been really helpful, professional and friendly. In particular, Sasha has gone above and beyond to help us find our future home. We have a four month old and life is pretty chaotic, but it has genuinely been made much easier through Sasha's updates and support with getting us to exchange. We can't wait to move into our family home now and to start making memories.

GoogleCountry Properties took me and my partner under their wing and helped us so much with our first home purchase. Ken done the viewing, he was great and went in depth of the property and surrounding areas, explained how putting an offer in works & was so supportive. Sasha then dealt with our sale throughout, always there whenever we needed. She is a true diamond, nothing is ever too much trouble and was so supportive knowing we are first time buyers! Amazing service from beginning to end and so professional and always in touch through a very stressful time while selling our house over Christmas. The whole team are fabulous, but I have to pick out Sasha in particular as one in a million! She has such a passion for her job and her customer service is second to none! GoogleCountry Properties marketed our late parents house in Barton-le-Clay. With it being an emotional sale, Country Properties’ approach was sensitive and the house was marketed just as we wanted. We immediately had a number of viewings and some competitive offers, with the sale being completed in just 14 weeks. We dealt mainly with Ken and Sasha who were incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout, but whoever we spoke to in the office was always helpful, even if they couldn’t help directly, messages were relayed and call backs were timely. FacebookTHANK YOU SASHA! I put my rental property on the market with Sasha, it was tenanted but Sasha has worked tirelessly on the sale. Yesterday we exchanged (6 weeks before my tenants notice to leave) and we complete today, allowing my buyers to benefit from the last stamp duty holiday. (Both buyers and tenant v happy). She’s managed absolutely everything excellently, keeping me informed fully at every stage. I’m full of admiration for her energy, skill and professionalism and recommend her and the Country Properties team 100%!
