FacebookI would most certainly recommend John Francis and the fantastic team I had in Haverfordwest! Poppy, Amy and Alex were incredibly helpful and supported me through. They answered all my questions and helped me through any concerns regarding delays. They were all super friendly and approachable. Dominic as my Mortgage advisor took me through every step of obtaining a mortgage professionally but also explained every aspect. He also was very friendly and full of enthusiasm! Thanks everyone for your help, support and positivity in helping me to have my first home!

FacebookJohn Francis Haverfordwest branch were amazing. This was a very complex and difficult purchase, involving the purchase of 2 properties from 2 different sellers simultaneous. One was a leasehold and one a freehold and together they formed a house, 4 solicitors were involved. John Francis understood the situation and our reasons for wanting these and supported us to the end, which took almost a year to complete. FacebookHaving dealt with Richard @ John Francis, I have found him and the team to be professional, honest and hugely knowledgable. He valued my mothers property and I was surprised how quickly it was on the market. As I am not a property expert, he helped me through all the steps of the process to completion. I was delighted with the price the property sold for. I would have not problems with recommending John Francis Estate agents.

GoogleI cannot recommend John Francis Ammanford highly enough. From start to finish they were totally professional, incredibly helpful, very understanding and the most responsive estate agent I’ve ever encountered. I was on a very tight deadline for my purchase and the team made it happen. Without them there is no way we’d have completed on time. Dana, Helen and all the team were simply brilliant from the first viewing to picking the keys up. If you need a thoughtful, pro-active, motivated and understanding estate agent, look no further.

They offer a full service which I have not been offered anywhere else. I do have a property to sell but having a valuation & mortgage advice the same time gave me confidence & trust in the company. FacebookPaula Clement, the FInancial Advisor based at the Gorseinon branch provided both Christopher Andrew Arran and I with excellent advise which has allowed us to financially secure our first property investment for our newborn son. Prior to speaking with Paula we did not think this was possible. Furthermore our conversations with Paula has supported an onward purchase of a more suitably located home for our family. Without Dana I would have given up a long time ago what was a very 3 month stressful time for all people involved in the chain Dana picked me up on a daily basis. in a word FANTASTIC ! FacebookAfter being congratulated that my offer has been accepted and sending the relevant information over to complete the purchase. I was later informed a week later that a higher off has gone through, even though I had already given the mortgage in principle, contact of solicitor and proof of deposit. What a terrible company, luckily I didn’t pay for a survey. Please stay away if you don’t want to be messed about.
This happened with us and purple bricks. Horrific!

FacebookI recently purchased a house through John Francis Morriston branch.Completion of said purchase was December 2018.On receiving the keys I entered the property.After my initial inspection the internal glaze of the double glazed window of a box room was smashed and the glass completely shattered.The windowsill also had numerous dents as though caused by a hammer .The flat roof on the extension had numerous leaks and was later inspected by four roofing companies who all had the same opinion that the vendor and estate agents would have been aware of the state of the roof and the touch ups to the paint work inside where the water was entering the extension . I contacted John Francis ten minutes after receiving the keys to the property to discuss my findings .On contacting John Francis, their response to me was to advise me to phone my solicitor, they obviously did not want any responsibility or liability .To date the roof has needed to be replaced at a cost of £2000 and the new glass for the window plus fitting £100.This is the fifth rental house I have purchased over the past five years and the worst estate agents I have had any dealings with.I will not be purchasing a property through John Francis again .

FacebookBeen dealt with disgracefully on two properties in recent weeks. Arranging viewings before our viewing after being told there were no earlier dates. Also not excepting our offer on a property due to our house "not being on the market" when it actually was on the market. Don't expect a professional service from this company, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere
