GoogleQuite possible the most horrendously run business I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. A reluctance to repair issues with the rental property is quite shocking. A smashed and what appeared dangerous plug socket remained unrepaired in our property 6 months after initially being reported. Rest assured though, the rudeness, unprofessionalism and aggressiveness is not a junior member of staff, it is actually the most senior member of the team who is in fact the manager! After experiencing the quite shocking way in which this business is run as a Guarantor of a lease I would have absolutely no hesitation in advising ANY landlord or tenant to avoid this company at all cost. The fantastic thing about letting agents is amongst many good agents there is always one shocking example that lets the industry down. Alas in Amesbury the 'rotten egg' is Limetree Houses.

GoogleI'm sorry to say that during the time that I was a tenant with Lime tree houses I found the manager extremely rude and unprofessional. So much so that I took to speaking to the landlord direct because it caused so much stress to deal with Julie. How they are still in business is beyond belief. I would not recommend anyone deals with them if they can avoid it.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleHands down the worst estate agents i’ve ever had, one individual in particular is extremely rude on the phone and doesn’t understand her job well, incorrectly quoting GDPR regulations when asked to provide basic contractual information. Very stressful and inappropriate telephone conversation in particular led me to terminate the tenancy and go elsewhere, a very unpleasant experience.

GoogleThe last review from rosemary is complete and utter rubbish. We lived with this agent being totally unprofessional poor service rude attitude, just read other views they are saying the same as I did. This is just a landlord creeping so far it’s pathetic Rosemary get a life, and stop being a messenger.

GoogleLime Trees have always looked after us as landlords. The comments by Jacqui and Steve Adlam would need to be compared with the rudeness aggressive, threatening verbal and written behaviour of Mr Adlam towards the Agent and also ourselves. They are good agents, please do not be put off by trouble makers.

GoogleI cannot begin to describe how awful my experience of Lime Tree was - from the first time I looked at a property, mis-information, playing off landlord against tenant, lack of clarity and a general feeling of treating contractors and tenants with palpable disdain. The whole experience has left a horrible aftertaste.

Deeply unhelpful and aloof. Felt mistrusted from the start. The whole process and all my dealings with them were unpleasant.
