GoogleMy wife and I were so pleased we chose the Bournville Office to look after the sale of our house.Rachel and her team were very helpful from the outset, acting as an intermediary in resolving the sale price and keeping us in touch with developments.On those occasions we had to phone the office to resolve a query it was dealt with very speedily. FacebookI would never use frost ever again They ignore there tenants and just want money very unprofessional and just lie and don’t care at all about anything but making money I’ve had major damp in a property of theres for over a year and is getting worse and all laura Woodward does is ignore even environmental health are being ignored by frost John frost you must be so proud of your incapable staff

Frost Partnership in High Wycombe is awful. It took me way too long and a battle to get my deposit which I paid quickly to secure. Poor service from Frost and the landlord. Had I not chased for my money I would not have got it back. Absolutely shocking!

GoogleWe were very happy how Robert Oulsnam Bournville dealt with us when buying our new house. After coming to a dead end in trying to finance the purchase Rachael arranged for us to talk to Oulsnam's independent financial advisor Jacqui and through her we were able to finance it. .After that any query we had was dealt with very quickly and we were always kept informed on how the purchase was going.So I would certainly recommend them and would like to mention Rachael and Jacqui in particular.

Although it was a long and complex journey he kept us up to date every step of the way and went over the top to make sure we kept on track. GoogleWe rented a property through M & M Properties for just short of 5 years. During our stay we never once missed a payment and there was little to no trouble, until of course, we needed M&M to provide on their end. In December we came back from time away to a broken boiler. In the coldest period of the year, and with the energy crisis M&M continued to support the Landlord in his lack of effort to support the situation and as a result were left without a boiler for near enough a month. 4th - 29th December. No hot water, no heating. They did provide heaters to borrow but were of course more expensive to run. But more importantly continued to defend the landlord with lack of support/ alternative arrangements. I had to push M&M to action in the end, and managed to have £150 in support from landlord which I don't believe we would've had if we hadn't of complained profusely. Hardly any care given for tenants as priority comes to landlords. The episode caused us to leave and I wouldn't advise using them as plenty better agents in local area.
