A big thank you to Niral & Nikki for providing all the required help in house purchase from start to finish. They are very friendly, experience and knowledgeable. This is our first property in UK and Niral helped us in understanding the full process and showed patience in resolving all our queries well on time.We were very pleased to have bought a property through this estate agent. We think the added feature of Hunters was to have a virtual view of the property. It is a brilliant tool if you want to have a view of the property not only before viewing but also after viewing to clear any doubts. Special thanks to Nikki for accommodating multiple viewings and showing us the the home with same enthusiasm. She too has a lot of knowledge around the area and properly. Robot refused to give me a viewing

Awful experience trying to arrange a viewing. Spent yonks on the phone with a robot. It asked me unnecessary questions and misheard things; then had to reconfirm everything. Eventually it was happy. I hung up and it started again this time by text. In the end it refused to let me have a viewing unless I told them my spending budget - which I wasn't prepared to do. Do not sell your property through these idiots.

Disappointed, we learned our house purchase had fallen through at the point of us being ready to exchange on our property. We found out that the office had known about it and left it to the agent, who had been looking after us, to tell us after she came back from annual leave! We never got a reason for the purchase to fall through and they even tried delaying us putting an offer in on another property. Luckily this was with another agent and we trusted our gut as the trust with Hunters had gone. 7 weeks later we were in our new home. Felt let down and disappointed with Hunters. This was our first and last time dealing with them.

Avoid with all cost!

Rented an apartment they told me it was deep cleaned before handing over the keys and everything would be fixed etc nothing was cleaned blood on walls mould in all rooms had a faulty/leaky boiler very slack on emails no communication in there office also they was very rude over the phone we never moved into the property due to all the damages and mould etc I was willing to give up my first months rent and for them to send me back the deposit but they refused to send anything back I would highly do not recommend this company/agancey to rent/buy a property from they are useless and slack

"Avoid Hunters Property Management, Inefficient, Rude, and Unprofessional"My experience with Hunters Property Management has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. They have consistently demonstrated poor service, inefficiency, and a dismissive attitude towards tenant concerns.Ineffective Issue Resolution: Hunters fails to handle even basic maintenance issues. For example, a heating issue during winter was passed to the landlord without any attempt to troubleshoot. I had to step in and take personal risks to resolve the problem myself, only to discover it was a simple battery replacement. Their inability to perform even basic triage highlights their lack of professionalism and problem-solving capabilities.Creating Gaps Between Tenants and Landlords: Instead of acting as a competent mediator, Hunters merely relays messages between tenants and landlords, causing delays and unnecessary misunderstandings. This approach has damaged the relationship between myself and the landlord, as the agency often fails to communicate effectively or accurately.Rude and Dismissive Behavior: The staff frequently respond to concerns with a dismissive tone, making tenants feel unsupported and undervalued. Their arrogant demeanor gives the impression that addressing tenant concerns is a favor rather than their responsibility.Neglecting Tenant Safety and Comfort: Health and safety issues, such as rat infestations and malfunctioning alarms, were not addressed promptly, despite the serious risks they posed. Hunters have been great from the start to the end of our sale. From the first meeting with Niral we were impressed with his professionalism and the level of his preparations (he had done his homework and knew about our extension etc). He was able to articulate clearly what the best sales strategy would be and was able to back it up with evidence. A brilliant first impression. Nikki was amazing during the viewings, and they were both always super responsive whenever we needed to get hold of one of them. They gave us loads of help along the way, too much to mention but one example is...toward the end we had a problem with the property we were buying (Hunters weren't involved in the purchase as it was in a different part of the country) and Niral took the time (after hours) to act as a sounding board, and gave us his view and his advice, which was a massive help in us resolving the problem. Hunters, Amersham is a very different estate agency. What attracted me to Hunters when selling my home was Niral Batavia’s fair and ethical approach. He and his team present as caring and considerate. Their photographer Jonathan took beautiful photos and a video. The brochure was attractive and well laid out. Hunters worked very hard to reach the widest possible market for my home and took time to make sure the viewings were well managed and effective. I was kept informed about every appointment arranged, cancellations (unfortunately they do happen) and feedback. Niral’s approach to pricing is realistic and sensible. I always felt that Niral had my best interests at heart. He has a strong moral compass and that is a really important, indeed essential, quality in an estate agent.
