FacebookWould definitely recommend Chancellors, they’ve been a massive help since we moved into our property just over a week ago. In particular Casey Gramson, our property manager, has been super, and has dealt with all of our requests effectively, and in a timely manner. Always polite and professional, so yes, would definitely recommend!

FacebookI do have problems receiving my rental payments on time from one tenant. My account manager is called Emelia. Emelia is polite and methodical in her approach. She is able to give suggestions and possible solutions. She ensures the correct notices are give that protect me. She is prompt in her response and keeps me updated.

FacebookBen Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. GoogleMy husband and I dealt with Helen Boyd at Chancellors and were very impressed with her efficiency in all matters. She was friendly, helpful and polite at all times. Selling our family home was a very difficult thing to do emotionally and she ensured everything went smoothly and without causing us undue stress. She was always professional in her manner and instilled trust in us from the word go. She has also been at the end of a phone line whenever we needed help or advice whether it was about the house Chancellors were selling for us or to our daughter in her pursuit of a new home. We would highly recommend her services and those of the estate agent as a whole. Everyone has shown great consideration at all times.

GoogleWe dealt with Matthew Olive for our search and subsequent purchase. Handled the process from beginning to end professionally and kept us in the loop the whole way. Felt happy with how everything went from our initial offer to Matthew helping us complete in around 3 months which considering the property was a Leasehold I think is an excellent testament to Matthews professionalism and skill. I would like to also thank the Chancellors Amersham office and Helen for being helpful and answering our streams of questions and requests!

GoogleFrom the moment I spoke to Lee Shaw of Chancellors Amershaam, I knew they would do everything to help us find the home we were after. I could tell Lee was very busy with viewings but he made the time to fit us in to a viewing of a home we really wanted to see. He was polite, professional and full of enthusiasm - just the right ingredients you need in someone when you yourself have the excitement and stress of house hunting. I highly recommend Chancellors Amersham - in particular Lee.

FacebookWe just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

FacebookI recently used chancellors estate agents to move to one of there rented property’s. My dealing was with Declan Hartigan ,Who was very informed very helpful and welcoming. Very professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed with a personal touch. It's always a nice surprise when somebody remembers your name considering the amount of people they have to deal with. FacebookMe, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers ;). If you're a bit scared of all this "scary" agencies, forms, processes and other things that may seem to be complicated I can honestly recommend you chancellors and Nathan. Big thanks again!

FacebookWhat a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!

GoogleMy partner and I were purchasing a property that unfortunately fell through. Helen Boyde of Chancellors Amersham, dealt with the process from the start to finish and was professional, friendly and caring. Helen went to great lengths to make sure we able to visit the property on more than one occasion, even after hours and she maintained a good level of contact throughout the process. Helen tried her very best for all parties concerned and did everything she could. I would strongly recommend her to future buyers and sellers. Many thanks again Helen!
