GoogleWe have used home 2 sell to rent and sell our property. They excelled at both. Always efficient and professional. At one point we thought we had lost the sale and Julie worked really hard to get the sale back on track. They are also extremely good value charging far less than any neighbouring agents for both sale and rental. We certainly recommend!

GoogleOne member of staff is ignorant. Thinks because you rent your property she can treat you like dirt. When you ring she puts me on hold for twenty minutes then disconnects me. If you withhold your number she picks up straight away.Been waiting for over a year for repairs to my cracked bedroom ceiling.still waiting for bedroom ceiling to be repaired, Sam swift, not very swift getting my ceiling repaired.im still waiting for my ceiling to be repaired, it's been over 2 years now, Sam swift says it's condensation even though she has not even seen the ceiling. The company is rubbish, if you want the best go elsewhere.
Having investigated your comments, I have been informed that you have been swearing at female members of staff and at local tradespeople. This is totally unacceptable and you would not allow an Electrician to turn off electrics when carrying out an electrical check. We have taken over the management of the property at your landlords request and we take their instructions on all aspects of the property. As you are aware, we have passed the repair instruction regarding the ceiling on to our approved tradesman to rectify and we would appreciate your co-operation.

GoogleFirstly, David, Julie and the Home2Sell team sold my home within a week. I had tragically lost my wife the day after our home was sold and the help and compassion I received from them thereafter was fantastic. I then had to move out of my home quite quickly and David and the Lettings dept found me a rental property within 3 days. GoogleWe didn't use them directly, but a house at the bottom of our chain was sold using this agent. Their communication was terrible, they lied to all the other agents in the chain about the status (so when we all thought we were going to exchange, there were still outstanding queries and the people on either side of their sale hadn't even been told any dates). Now we're trying to chase the solicitors at the bottom to get something resolved and they give everyone a different story every time they call... I know this isn't just the agents at the top, as I called them and they got confused thinking I was an agent myself (I never said that or tried to be misleading, they just obviously weren't listening) and gave me a different story again! I don't deny that this is partly due to the solicitors involved, but there is no comparison when talking to Home2Sell vs the other agents in the chain, and I don't mean in a good way.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
I am sorry but you are not known to us. You will need to speak to your solicitor. Exchanges can only be carried out when the solicitors are ready. You seem to be confused by the process. Why is your own agent not keeping you up to date? There should be no need for vendors to call other agents except their own.

The most recent move is from this house to another on home 2 sells books. GoogleThe worst customer service I have ever experienced. Whilst renting a property through this company over the last year our emails and phone calls regarding repairs to the property were ignored and required constant chasing up. They did a home visit without giving us prior notice which is a breach of our privacy and tenancy agreement. Constantly poor customer service throughout the year, even had to chase up for final information about the property inspection and getting our deposit back. Really disappointing.

In particular, we appreciated their ability to explain in plain English the complexities of buying & selling property. They have guided us through what is essentially a stressful process with a supportive, candid and commonsense approach. Having had dealings with other Agents, Home2Sell are heads above the rest with their friendly manner, excellent customer service and efficiency. We have never had to chase them as the team have been totally on the ball at every stage and have been in constant contact. Not only are Home2Sell highly competitive in their pricing but they have earned every penny. We cannot recommend them enough.

And as a Tennant, I'm happy with their terms and customer service, when I've spoke to someone they've been very helpful. It's a family run business and it feels that way! I've recently spoken to them about an issue I had and they were exceptionally receptive to feedback and willing to work with me to get it resolved.This has been a breath of fresh air in comparison to many lettings agents I've worked with in the past. GoogleUnfortunately not the greatest experience for us. I had to go into the shop for feed back from house viewings the staff didn't pass on any messages. Waiting to hear back on 3 emails sent to them re our contract. So very disappointing!

The woman Samantha who I dealt with is very unprofessional, she lied many times and only gets back to you via email when you request a call back.
