!!!Amazing Service!!! You won't be disappointed signing up to sell your house with Home2Sell. From start to finish Julie and the team where absolute stars! Customer service is second to none. They always kept me informed and I always got feedback from viewings the very next day. It is a stressful time, but Julie was like a friend and was so calm and professional. When the sale fell through she worked so hard to get it back on track! I have no hesitation to recommend and couldn't have done it without them.

Fantastic experience with Home2Sell selling my house within 24hours of valuation/photos being taken before it even officially went to market by being put in touch with the perfect buyer already on their books! Julie and the team were also so helpful at communicating between myself and the rest of the chain when solicitors went quiet keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Wouldn't use anybody else to sell my house with!

We have just purchased our home through Homes 2 Sell and Julie was simply fantastic, she helped us to find our perfect family home and kept in touch with us about properties coming to the market and once we found a property Julie kept us up to date from offer acceptance to completion. This was the only estate agent in the area that felt like a traditional estate agency wanting to do the best for their vendors and purchasers. We will come back to Homes 2 Sell in the future if we need to move again and will continue to recommend their services.

I had a really bad experience with Home2sell recently. I booked a viewing to look at a property with my partner. The agent never showed up and after waiting for 20 minutes I rang them up. I was told a contractor had borrowed the only set of keys and hadn't returned them. Why on earth didn't they have the courtesy to let us know? Terrible communication. There was no apology at all. We were told to view the property from the outside instead, I explained that we had already been doing this for the last 20 minutes. The agent advised us to wait a bit longer in case the contractor came back with the keys. We wasted an hour in total and we were extremely annoyed. The agent said they would call us when the keys were returned to re arrange the viewing but that was 5 weeks ago and we never heard anything back. We were cash buyers. They are not working in the vendors interest. Terrible service.

100 % reccomend Home2Sell as they are small and friendly family run buisness to where you get that more personal touch. The team is so approachable and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they care about getting it right. Thank you for all your hard work and its been a pleasure. Not an easy journey as first sale fell through, but soon sold again and you never gave up! All was out of everyone's control but again the high level of service was always there. Thank you so much.

I'd had a few dire experiences with other estate agents while buying a house, and had heard really positive things about Home2Sell, so I approached them with high hopes. In the end, these high hopes were not only met but exceeded. Friendly service, extremely knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help me get the kind of home I wanted. Phone calls along the way to check i'm ok, and if any help is needed, help and advice with all the daft questions I threw at them, honestly just a million times better than the service from other estate agents. Sold my house in Belper using Homes to Sell - we had at least three different agents come round but I found David to be really friendly and kind whist I was figuring it all out (it was the first time I had sold a house). Pictures were great, comms really good, description etc. all bang on. The woman who did the viewings was also lovely and they sold the house really quickly for more than I expected to get. Since then, I have needed a 2nd opinion on my current house value wise and David has been over. I have seen him sell lots of houses on our new and old road, and bump in to him from time to time - he is always lovely. He knows the local area, sale prices are reasonable. And most importantly for me, unlike some other agents, they do not have a reputation of over pricing property - which means when it comes to selling, buyers respect the price the property goes up for - as Homes to Sell valuations are very sound. What can I say.. amazing service from start to finish. We bought and sold with Home2sell and what an amazing service we received throughout. Stef and Julie you were so professional along with being both friendly and approachable, and nothing was too much trouble, you were always quick to update on the progresses of both, the sale of our property, as well as the property we were buying. We used Home2sell as they were selling a property we fell in love with, so felt it would be easier to keep both purchase and sale of our home in one place even though it was out of area.
