From start to finish, they have both been incredibly helpful, supportive and responsive. The whole process can be quite stressful, but they kept us updated throughout, chased things when needed and really went above and beyond behind the scenes to help everything come together. This review is for Craig Ford (and Ellie) at the Ripley branch. It was sheer luck that we ended up with Craig as our mortgage broker but we are so glad we did! Craig is down to earth, approachable and explains everything very clearly. He even let our dog sleep in his office whilst we did the initial paperwork!! Craig worked incredibly hard for us and was transparent throughout, there were a few tricky and hair raising moments with the mortgage provider and Craig followed up on our behalf and really pushed things through, we could not have done this without him. Ellie was also super efficient and great with keeping us updated. We highly recommend Craig and his team and we are grateful for everything they did so we could get the home we wanted.

I had such a great experience working with Carly. She kept in touch the whole way through and always made sure I knew what was going on, which really helped take the stress out of everything. Absolutely abhorrent company

Absolutely abhorrent company. A nightmare to deal with, I get better communication talking to a wall. Rented through them for years, only to be let down at the last hurdle. We ended our tenancy in April, and we are still owed a refund of rent that was agreed with our landlord and the estate agents before we left the lease. Took AGES for them to refund our deposit, despite chasing it multiple times, and still chasing our rent to be returned nearly 6 months later! I am still chasing to this day, thankfully our previous landlord is really responsive and is as appalled as we are at their terrible service. Castle brom branch - if you read this, please give me back my money and respond to the countless emails I have sent you and the complaints team - you have received proof of the agreement to refund from our landlord.

I went through Burchell Edward’s to have Carly as my Mortgage Advisor and I honesty cannot recommend her enough!!! She was absolutely amazing. If I had a question I’d email her and she’d ring me within minutes to get it solved. She explained everything I needed to know & if I was confused by anything she’d break it down to help me understand better. Any issues I had with my solicitor she’d call them and get it sorted the same day. I have already recommended Carly to a few of my friends who are looking to buy a house. If anyone is looking to buy and house and don’t want to deal with a lot of stress please go to Carly she is amazing at what she does & she honestly takes the stress away!

I found their team in Ripley branch to be professional, friendly and, am pleased to say, were the estate agents that managed to sell my property second time around.
