Biggest nightmare of a company ! Don’t know where to start! Everything from the lettings to the selling side are horrific ! Would never advise any landlord to let with this company and definitely not get them managed by them ! Never check the property , never chase any arrears ! Make sure you check references of tenants as they actually said they got rid of my terrible tenants by saying they were perfect tenants ! ‘L’ word comes into mind of what they are ! I could write a book on issues I had with them ! Never again ! I d really rate them a 0!

Worse Agency I have EVER DEALT WITH! Do not go anywhere near them! It would take me 4 months to list the errors, the unprofessional RUDE staff! It took them 4 weeks to ring us back and Evan then it was an automatic response! Their errors have cost us £2500! Honestly they are disgraceful disrespectful money hungry sub human! They don’t care about humans just the bottom line!! Vile!!!

GoogleI would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and his team at the Belper office in selling your home. I think their key strength is their communication, which is knowledgeable, timely and open. The team were all very enthusiastic and genuinely seemed motivated to get the property sold. I bought a property a week ago and there is too many things missing the contract which connels group lawyers gave me the was tottely deffrent and the property was tottely deffrent when i went to view and when i bought now i am just waiting for them replies and cant do anything just waste of money hundered and sixty thousand pound please be aware dont waste your money like me i am stuck now cant do anything just waiting and i know snd of the day nothing because i paid and the property is mine now so please just becare full and dnt trust them specially there contract paperes.

NODo I think they are honest ? NODo I feel like they had my best interests at heart ? NOHave I been mis led? YESWould I recommend ? CERTAINLY NOT Do I think there head office will carry out a satisfactory investigation into a complaint? NOAm I the only customer to be dissatisfied with there service? OBVIOUSLY NOT Please please please look At alternative estate agents if you are considering using them

Had my property for sale with another agent. Burchell Edwards got in touch with me as they must have seen my house up for sale. They were very pushy, & made me feel very uncomfortable. One of the instances I was called by an overexcitable young sales person. I told him that the nonsense they were talking and the way in which they “sales pitched at me” had put me off the company as a whole. I asked him then and there to not contact me again. They continued over the last few weeks to try to contact me. 3 different phone numbers contacting me at different times, way too frequently for my liking. Very intrusive and annoying. I was ignoring their calls and answerphone messages, they just wouldn’t take the hint. Just ended up ringing back to tell them to stop calling. & ended up having a row with a guy who was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Needless to say, moving forward, I’ll never go anywhere near this company.

As a landlord I found them unprofessional and very rude, not calling me back, not passing on messages from my tenants and then once you do get through to someone they either do not know what they are doing or they are very, very rude. Once I decided to take my properties else where I was told with an attitude, I have to give 6 months notice to leave ! They have also sold me services that were very bad like a Zero Deposit scheme and the tenant reviews just say N/A on most of the questions !

Appalling service and that's a compliment. They never answer the phone or return calls. Gave them my house to sell but they failed on everything. Took weeks to arrange photographs then lost them for weeks. Waited weeks for a sale board to be told we had refused it (never did). Told me the property was live on the net, had to go to the shop to find they had forgotten to upload it. Missed loads of detail about the property which I had to point out. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Guys if you don't answer when I call, you're not answering potential buyers either. Decided to cancel the contract as it wasn't fit for purpose. Except, they have messed around and dragged it out. They (Carl especially) us a total waste of time Avoid this company if you want to sell your house

ABsolute shambles from start to finish as a potential buyer. Went to view a property they were selling in Chelmsley (an area I know well and that has a number of roads that are non-standard construction). I arrive at the viewing to be `welcomed` by the least enthusiastic sales person I have ever met. Grunted a greeting at me and barely opened the door for me to view. 'Is the property standard construction?' I ask. 'Yes, it is', says grunty. I like the property and make an offer to be told the next day that, actually, now he has double checked the property is non-standard construction and unmortgagable! That's OK, I say, I've got £100k lying around doing nothing so why don't we use that. NOT! Must be licence to print money at the moment being an estate agent if this is anything to go by. When I asked why they don't tell potential buyers the status of the property from the outset he then blamed it on the poor little old guy who is selling the property saying that he didn't want to put people off! Disgraceful service from start to finish.

Nightmare after nightmare ! Didn’t learn the first time ! I can’t wait to leave them ! They cannot manage anything sadly . They promised 3 checks and I have 1 ! I have to rent house whilst looking after my mum who is palliative and I am taking care of her . After explaining the reason for a decrease in the management fee , I was Shocked how I got an email from Amanda digging that it was obviously going to affect me loosing out on 87p per day ! Anyone who has read the email all took it alot worse than I did ! Landlords beware ! Sweet talk you into it but then that’s it !
