If anyone is thinking of selling their home I would strongly advise them to go to Monroe Estate Agents. They are by far the best that I have experienced and I have experienced plenty. I have used estate agents almost 50 times in the past 35 years as I was buying and selling properties for investment. This time, I was selling my own home through the Alwoodley branch. I can honestly say that they are the best by a country mile. Sam came to value our house and I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Once we had given Monroes the go-ahead, the marketing was professionally prepared and we soon welcomed Keira Easterby to our home, who explained that she would be conducting the viewings from each enquiry. We were so impressed by Keira's super friendly, professional approach when meeting us each time. She expertly took care of all the viewings in our absence and gave us peace of mind that she would present our home in the best possible way on each occasion. Keira professional and skillfully sold our property very quickly for the full asking price. Since then, Danni Dickinson, Sales Progressor, has skillfully and professional handled the sales progress, keeping up to date with emails and phone calls every step of the way, for which we are very grateful. I would also like to mention Tiyana Shaw who greeted me so warmly and professionally when I called at the Alwoodley branch recently. She was so helpful and friendly. Indeed, we would like to thank all the staff for their excellent, professional and super friendly approach when making the sale of our home a stress-free experience. Monroe were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish as part of handling our new house purchase and managing the concurrent sale of our existing property. Jordan's knowledge of the market and whole approach was great, with a fantastic sales video and listing put together by Leanna and team. Bradie managed the purchase/sale process exceptionally and went above and beyond any prior experience of estate agents, with almost daily updates/communication on every step of the process between all parties and solicitors. The purchase/sales process even completed quicker than anticipated which can definitely be attributed to Bradie ensuring that things were always progressing, or quickly stepping in to resolve any potential bumps in the road. Even after we were in the new house Bradie was still messaging to wish us well in our new home which was lovely and something we've never had from another estate agent.
