My husband and I recently purchased a house advertised by Monroe. There were some initial challenges, as the seller changed their mind shortly after accepting our offer, during the paperwork stage, and decided to enter into a very long chain. At the same time, our own buyer pulled out, which made the situation even more complex. However, Emmie and Danni did an outstanding job managing and stabilising the process. They remained in constant communication with all parties involved, including our estate agent, others in the chain, as well as solicitors and surveyors, to help facilitate the sale and purchase. A special thank you goes to Danni for persistently chasing the chain, expediting progress, and ultimately making it all happen. We are extremely pleased with both the team and the outcome, and we would highly recommend their services.

We cannot praise Tiyana enough for helping us with the sale of our house and purchase of a bungalow. It was not the easiest process but Tiyana held our hands and kept in regular contact with us throughout the journey. Tiyana always responded to our questions and kept the sellers up to date with developments. At times of stress Tiyana always managed to reassure us that everything would work out and it did. We used monroe to buy our new home. We were really pleased with how responsive and friendly Tiyana was when submitting and negotiating our offer. She listened to all of our concerns and position on price, and helped to get answers and represent us to the seller really well. Once the offer was accepted, Danni took over as the sales progressor and she was amazing at moving things forward. She was patient with our endless questions and helped us organise several damp quotations, specialist surveys etc, which was really helpful. I felt I could WhatsApp or call her about anything, which put us at ease during a stressful process. Really late in the process there was some issues with the deposit which Danni helped unlock so quickly despite solicitors being unable to fix for several days. We were so thankful and lucky to have Danni on the case! Overall, we just had such a good experience, really competent and trustworthy people who were very friendly and down to earth. Will definitely use them again in future if we ever want to move from our gorgeous new home.

We went to Monroes after trying another local agent who we were unhappy with, from the beginning they were a step up from the other agents. Emmie was looking after us and kept us fully informed on viewings giving feedback and advice. When the house was sold we used a solicitor that Monroes had recommended who were also excellent, they have a keyflo service which constantly updates you on the process so you are not chasing for information. We were then passed onto Leanna at Monroes for completion and she liaised with the buyers and solicitors to make sure every ran smoothly. Big thanks to Emmie and Leanna and would fully recommend Monroes.

Excellent service from Jordan, Sam and Danni in particular but all the staff there are great! I was sold on Monroe initially because of there marketing, it feels modern and on point, and I feel gives potential buyers the insights they are looking for prior to viewing. Once you have engaged Monroe they are pro-active and remain upbeat and confident in your property. I have found other agents losing faith very quickly and then encouraging you to lower the price. Monroe didn't do that, in fact they did the opposite helping us maintain confidence in our price and the market chances. Thanks Team Monroe, great Job!

My wife and I have recently moved to Leeds from Devon, to be closer to family. The move was a big deal for us and we had very specific decision criteria in our mind for our new home. We were lucky enough to come across Tiyana from Monroe early in our search. Tiyana provided us with outstanding service, taking the time to understand our requirements and proactively finding us the perfect place. We felt that we received customised care in the search process, rather than being “just another number”! Tiyana (with the help of other members of the team) also supported us through a tricky bump in the purchasing process, when our chain fell through.
