GoogleAbsolutely brilliant Estate Agents! Provided a 5* service from start to finish. They were proactive and professional, friendly and helpful. Our property sold quickly and they were instrumental in getting completion as quickly as possible by chasing solicitors and keeping all parties well informed. Nothing was too much trouble and I would absolutely recommend their services. Very impressed.

GoogleWhat a great team to deal with as first time buyers. They went above and beyond especially during C-19 difficulties. Their exclusivity agreement was one thing I was not sure about. £2k as a deposit on the house. My solicitors had not heard of it and nor had any friends or family . However this agreement just ensures that the buyer wants the house and are willing to loose a deposit for it. The benefit of this ensures no one else looks at the house who may offer a more appealing price All in all, very happy with the team. Thank youPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe've just sold our house with Jameson and Partners, and we would definitely recommend them. When we were evaluating which estate agent to use, we found that they gave us the best advice for what to do with our house. The whole team is very friendly and we didn't find them to be pushy at all (unlike some others.) They are very well organised and keep you updated as to how things are progressing. We also found them to be a good resource for things that weren't strictly related to selling our house - for example they gave us advice on our future purchase which was really useful. We liked what they did with the brochure. For example, they put the room dimensions on the floorplan, and they had a Q&A section on the back which answered the common questions (is the house leasehold or freehold, when was it built etc.) These are only small details, but as a buyer, it's really annoying when there is a lack of detail for the house description. Our house sale initially seemed like it would be pretty straightforward. In the end it was anything but - I'm really glad we had them around to keep everyone informed of what was going on. We would certainly use them again in future.

GoogleKnowledgeable, efficient, polite, trustworthy and professional: in short everything that you do not usually expect from an estate agents. If you're selling in the area I would strongly counsel you to use Jameson & Partners (and I imagine as a purchaser they're equally as good). The fact that they have the rating that they do (given how stressful selling and moving on is and how small niggles can seem like real problems) reinforces that the quality of service we received appears to be their base line.
