GoogleWe've just sold our house with Jameson and Partners, and we would definitely recommend them. When we were evaluating which estate agent to use, we found that they gave us the best advice for what to do with our house. The whole team is very friendly and we didn't find them to be pushy at all (unlike some others.) They are very well organised and keep you updated as to how things are progressing. We also found them to be a good resource for things that weren't strictly related to selling our house - for example they gave us advice on our future purchase which was really useful. We liked what they did with the brochure. For example, they put the room dimensions on the floorplan, and they had a Q&A section on the back which answered the common questions (is the house leasehold or freehold, when was it built etc.) These are only small details, but as a buyer, it's really annoying when there is a lack of detail for the house description. Our house sale initially seemed like it would be pretty straightforward. In the end it was anything but - I'm really glad we had them around to keep everyone informed of what was going on. We would certainly use them again in future.

GoogleKnowledgeable, efficient, polite, trustworthy and professional: in short everything that you do not usually expect from an estate agents. If you're selling in the area I would strongly counsel you to use Jameson & Partners (and I imagine as a purchaser they're equally as good). The fact that they have the rating that they do (given how stressful selling and moving on is and how small niggles can seem like real problems) reinforces that the quality of service we received appears to be their base line.

GoogleI couldn't recommend Jameson & Partners highly enough. Jennifer Jameson is a truly rare breed among Estate Agents, as she's in it for the right reasons. All of the staff go out of their way to take care of all the little details and to support you from start to finish with your sale. We had a particularly difficult sale, which would not have happened but for the tenacity and determination of these wonderful guys. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they regularly go above and beyond for their clients. If you're looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, well intentioned, honest, and provides a professional yet personal service, then you need look no further.

GoogleWe visited nine different estate agents (they are very conveniently located in Altrincham) in our search for someone to sell our house for us, and got the same sleazy, trying and failing to be corporate façade from nearly every one of them, every estate agent stereotype was fulfilled. Jameson’s felt different though, the perfect balance of independence and competence, no hiding behind terms and conditions, no hidden fees, and a real desire to succeed. We appointed Jameson’s and Jennifer has definitely exceeded our (already high) expectations. She definitely knows her business and the local market very well, and is well connected when it comes to solicitors, surveys and mortgage brokers. Her service has been exceptionally personal, escorting every single one of our viewers (and there have been a lot of them) around our property herself. Her correspondence is top-notch (usually chasing us for information rather than the other way around) and her advice on buying and selling strategy has been invaluable. We had a lot of preconceived negative expectations of estate agents when we started this process, and not a single one of them has come to bear in our experience with Jennifer and Jameson’s, We can’t recommend them highly enough. Oh… I should add that Jennifer sold our house in less than 6 weeks for more than we were anticipating from our own valuations.

GoogleSuperb customer service. I challenge any estate agency to be better than Jamesons. I cannot recommend them enough. I asked them to sell my late parents house, the house I grew up in. They sensed how difficult this was for me and they tailored their dealings with me perfectly. Professionally marketed, viewings handled superbly and the sale processed very smoothly and quickly.
