GoogleFrom the outset, Homes were approachable and helpful with my search for a property to rent. Gemma and Rosie are the first agency people that I've engaged with in town who I've felt were on 'my side' as a tenant and they, without doubt, helped me secure our lovely new home. Mandy was extremely efficient with references and contracts and explained every step in the process. GoogleBased on the sale of our property, I can recommend Homes most highly. Our propterty proved difficult to sell and took almost a year, because of problems which arose from surveys. Having lived in the property for the last 15 years, we had become used to the place, and had not really appreciated the number of outstanding jobs, or the sheer amount of work and cost which would be required to bring it up to a modern standard inside and out. As the scale of the work became more obvious, it also became clear that we would need to find a buyer who could see the potential and was prepared to take on a project. Homes did a brilliant job of finding such a buyer, and navigating the sale to a successful conclusion through some troubled waters. For this they have our eternal gratitude.

From our first purchase falling through to sourcing our current home, Ellie has been amazing. She has given up her own free time on holiday to keep things on track and we will always be grateful to her. GoogleThis was my first time selling a property as it was time to move up the property ladder into my second home so the selling side was a whole new world to me. I could not have asked for a better team than the guys at Homes and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Some of the other estate agents I spoke to in the area were incredibly pushy and were clear it was all about their figures rather than what was best for the client but Homes never once pushed me or put pressure on me, always had my best interests at heart and let me make decisions in my own time. From the moment Rob first came to value my property up until when I exchanged contracts the team have been a huge support and guided me through the process with their wealth of knowledge. I knew I could call them at anytime to ask a question even if it was sometimes probably a silly question, the team would always go out their way to help me and help things make sense. I lost my first buyer a week before exchanging contracts and it risked me losing my perfect second home but Liana, Gemma and the rest of the team went above and beyond to support me through the incredibly stressful situation and found me another buyer within a couple of weeks. I have now exchanged contracts on my sale and am very happy in my new home and I certainly wouldn’t have got here without the team at Homes. I am so grateful for all the team at Homes have done and I certainly wouldn’t use anyone else but them when I decide to brave the moving process again! Highly recommend them if you want an estate agent that has your best interests in mind as well as getting your property sold within a timely manner.

GoogleHI we have used homes to sell 2 houses in the last 2 years and they have made the process less stressful and smooth running than any other agent we have ever used, and we have moved six times since 1976 in Alton. The front office staff impress with there in depth local knowledge and professional approach, also the progression team working away in the background make every think happen and are on hand to make sense of the legal process and survey mortgage jargon. As we all now 2020 has been a difficult year to say the least yet Homes still delivered for us, special mention to Charles and Liana who were on the case for us. Best Wishes and keep safe

GoogleAn unbelievable service from all the team through a very lengthy and difficult sale process. Rob Price has built a dynamic, informed and above all caring team, who go the extra mile. James is a born people person and I know every viewing and phone call by James was done in the most professional, polite and respectful way. The sales progression team worked tirelessly to reduce the stress, keep lines of communication going and navigate hurdles and set backs. I work in property so for me to rate Homes so highly counts for something. The sign of a genuinely hardworking and committed estate agent is how they perform in a tough market, Homes came out way ahead. A pleasure to deal with them all the way through the complex process.

GoogleHomes have dealt with our sale and purchase very professionally, right from James and Charles in the sales team to Tina in the sales progression team. I felt like they were always honest and always doing what was best for us. 10 weeks from sale agreed to completion on a sale and purchase is pretty good going and I certainly feel a lot of this is down to the persistence of Tina and the team. I would definitely recommend Homes and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleWe sold and bought and property through Homes Estate Agents and I cannot praise them enough for the level of service and knowledge they showed us through the process. Our house was sold within a few weeks, and they also managed to secure us our onward home soon after. They did this by listening to our needs and ensuring expectations were met. Justin Robinson and Elysia Hawkes particularly should be mentioned as they're whom we had direct experience with and could not go above and beyond enough for us. Overall and great experience for our first time of buying and selling and would certainly recommend.

GoogleI have been really impressed by HOMES. Every single person I have dealt with has been friendly and pleasant. Nothing has been too much trouble. I was always aware how hard everyone was working to sell my property... right down to helping build the chain. It feels wrong to single anyone out, but, having had a less good experience elsewhere, one of the first things I said to Ben was that I don't cope well with pushy people and he NEVER pushed. GoogleDuring a turbulent and versatile market, Homes were able to not only sell our property but secure our purchase of our lovely new home that exceeded our expectations. With challenges along the way, Homes displayed experience and professionalism in keeping the entire chain together throughout an extended period and delivering a completion that satisfied all parties involved. I am certain such a positive outcome would not have been achieved if we had sold ourselves or without the input from key members of the Homes team who displayed great competence. There is a reason you see so many 'For Sale' and 'Sold' boards throughout Alton with Homes Estate Agents written on them!

GoogleJust finished the process of selling my Mother in Laws retirement flat through Homes, What a great company to do business with, The whole team were engaging responsive and aware of the situation. They kept me informed every step of the way and kept constant contact with the purchasers to understand any complexities. They regularly engaged with my solicitor and kept my involvement to an as needed basis. Fees were very reasonable and I have had a stress free sale which is worth so much more. Special mention to Sue who looked after the whole process. If you want to use an Estate agent in Alton choose Homes.

GoogleCharles was, as usual, a joy to meet and discuss this latest property. We have had a long journey since putting our house on the market and looking for a new one. Charles has shown us a few properties in the last 18 months and each time his enthusiasm, knowledge and sense of humour has shone through. He deserves instant promotion and a not inconsiderable pay increase.
