We cannot praise Homes highly enough. We have lived at our current house for 19 years. This was our first house sale and moving was a huge decision for us and a massive new chapter in our lives. From Justin's first visit we were 100% sure that Justin and his team were the people to sell our home. We were instantly at ease with a process, that was initially quite daunting to us, and Justin's professionalism, experience and care was evident straight away. The plan and processes were explained so well and being newbies, we were guided expertly through. Justin, Abbie and the team were exceptional throughout the whole process. They were well organised, helpful and professional with fantastic communication, and made what can be (*I'm assured by others) one of the most stressful things you can enter into, a smooth and enjoyable process. I will actually miss them now that it is over and we have a completion date! Those that don't speak highly of their estate agents obviously never used Homes!

We have just completed with Homes and I’d like to give special mentions to Phoebe and Liana. Phoebe was so positive about selling our property, and she found us the perfect buyers, she knows the area well which really helps, her enthusiasm and determination to get us a sale was second to none. Once the memorandum of sale was issued, Liana was an absolute true professional when dealing with us, our buyers and all solicitors involved. I do not normally leave reviews but in this instance I feel I must. The whole team at Homes Alton have been excellent. I mainly dealt with Abbie for the purchase of a property and although always acting nothing but professional she also struck that perfect balance of also being very friendly. She was always polite, very prompt for viewings and arrived with property knowledge having done her homework. Communication which is key never failed to disappoint and when necessary, she was not afraid to do the hard work and go above and beyond to make ‘things happen’. As a local lawyer, it is always a pleasure to work with Homes Estate Agents, Alton. The team (Rob, Justin, Liana, Abbie, Gemma and Jake) are always on hand to ensure that the conveyancing process is as smooth as possible for all involved- myself included! Good communication is vital in conveyancing and Homes Estate Agents excel in this regard. Whilst Liana is the main point of contact in terms of sales progression, I can go to any of the team members with an issue and their first response is always ‘How can I help?’. Time and time again, I have witnessed Homes Estate Agents go above and beyond to provide the best customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to prospective sellers. The conveyancing process is often not without a hurdle or two along the way but having Homes Estate Agents on call to help navigate any issues is priceless!
