Would highly recommend Alistair, the mortgage advisor at the ashington branch. He kept us updated throughout the whole process, was always available to us and explained everything clearly. I used RMS Jesmond to find a tenant for our flat in Newcastle. From on the onset Cristy and team have been clear, helpful and proactive. The entire sign up, marketing, tenant finding and tenant processing (referencing and contracting) has been smooth and seamless. I was able to get a good tenant with an uplift on our rental income within 2 weeks of the property being emptied.

Everything is explained ( including the charges) and if it not for his sound advice we would have withdrawn from and very lengthy and unnecessarily complicated purchase . Mortgage advisor service is absolutely fantastic, Alistair is an expert with a wealth of expertise, and for the last 7 years has been able to set us up with three exclusive mortgage deals for his customers. Only dealt with Bruce & Elle at this branch in West Denton but can’t praise them enough . Bruce did fantastic photos of my property & advised me on what the property was worth & Elle did most of the correspondence regarding the sale , plenty viewings were arranged & the property was sold very quickly. Would definitely recommend .
