We were buying a property through Pattersons and they made the experience pleasant and less stressful.They did regular check ins with us and even chasing up the chain below us to get information. The ladies in the Bedlington office were always very friendly, we hadn’t moved for 30 years so had no clue how complicated it could be.

Great service from Helen Williamson at the Low Fell Branch. I am not great with technology and so had been in person to other estate agents in low fell looking for a 2 bed ground floor flat. Pattinsons are so far the only estate agents to be so helpful and help me in person instead of directing me to technology I struggle with.

When I walked into Pattinsons Estate Agents in Blyth.. I wasnt sure what kind of property I was looking for. I must say they were more than helpful. Caroline listened to my needs..very patiently I must add.. and came up with some excellent suggestions. She answered my questions, advised me...and I didnt feel forced into any decision.I would definitely use Pattinsons again and would reccommend them to anyone

Pattinsons have dealt with the sale of our property and the whole experience was faultless. Every aspect was slick right up until completion. We had the house on the market within a matter of days, and offers came in almost immediately. Beth at Pattisons did a great job at selling our rental flat, she was always available, kept us up to date with progress of the sale and lovely to deal with. The only reason it's not 5 stars as the property took a little longer to sell than I would have liked, but that was no fault of the estate agent. Overall very happy. Thank you :)
