GoogleThis is one of many moves we have made and we can say with absolutely sincerity that Pattinsons have been heads above the rest. We have felt that the team truly genuinely cared and were very much on our side. Rosie came to do the assessment and it was clear from the start she was a true professional with the energy and confidence needed to assure us we were in the right hands. Gemma and Claire are always so cheerful and reassuring, the girls certainly know there jobs. They have kept in regular contact throughout without us having to chase them as has often been the case in the past. Do not hesitate to work with this dynamic team. I've dealt with the Washington and Jarrow branches before and they have both been great. As an investor I work with agents a lot and it's quite refreshing to deal with ones who love what they do and are great at it. Carly from Washington in particular has been very good and incredibly proactive.

Sold at auction. This was recommended by the agent and although we felt it was rushed and they went ahead and posted the property details on line before we had reviewed them So the changes we requested were not made, they achieved a good price for us at the auction and the sale went through within 28 days.The staff at the Whickham office were very helpful and coped very well given the COVID situation.Thank you

Unprofessional and rude when looking to book a viewing. Refused to allow me to make any viewings without consulting one of their financial advisors, and didn't care at all to talk to me after I refused to speak to their financial advisors.
Thank you for your feedback. It is company policy for all buyers to be financially verified prior to viewing a property, this is even more important at the moment as we are in a national lockdown and although house moves are still able to take place, we need to ensure that the buyers we are sending into peoples homes are in a position to proceed with a purchase. I assure you that all of the sellers of the properties you requested to view were advised of your viewing request and they made the decision to decline your viewings, which you have been advised of.

The agents at Pattinson's have been so friendly during our search for a rental property. They have been accommodating and considerate of our circumstance, moving from Edinburgh to Newcastle. Which has made the process of finding a tenancy less stressful. I have kept in contact with one agent in particular, Jessica, who has been fab at keeping me updated with each property.

Maria and the rest of the team at Pattinson's South Shields branch were incredibly helpful and friendly to work with. They managed to sell my flat during a pandemic, so that is testimony to their skill and work ethic. Their price is a bit higher then others, however that money is well and truly earned. They went above and beyond to make sure that every query or concern I had was answered.

We recently purchased a property from Pattinson Estate Agents (Cramlington). We thought communication may be a problem as we live in the south of England. However, from the agent who we viewed the property with to all the other staff at this branch, we were delighted that we were kept informed literally every step of the process from purchase to completion. The Cramlington office were professional, yet we felt we were receiving personal attention (I find that this is a rare ability in today's world). We cannot praise and thank all the staff who were partied to our house purchase and I would strongly recommend this agency for buying, selling or renting a property.
