GoogleOffered to come to do a valuation on our property. No one turned up. I chased them up and they refused to come out. Offered to do a office based valuation. Then never contacted me

YellBad Business Practice - Benson and Hall are selling property for bereaved families without Probate.
I cannot recommend this Estate Agent as I have evidence of bad business practice. They are acting as Agents for other Estate Agents who and ignor the rules on Probate.
