Googlesales team great got apartment sold with only 1 photo, which was nothing todo with Paul Carr, this was due to tenant moving out so boxes in every room. Sales progress - updates were well behind from what I already knew, The team need to realise every customers circumstance is different not the same so when something is happening faster than normal they need to jump into a higher gear and not continue at same pace. Selling fees - very high for what they did.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. As we’ve explained, for a leasehold flat to be brought to the market and completed in 13 weeks is well below the average timescale and is a tremendous result in which we have played a big part. It is correct that we could only market with one photograph but despite this we found a buyer quickly having initially skillfully and successfully negotiated with your tenant for us to be allowed access whilst they were still in situ, meaning we could market sooner given your timescales. It's also fair to say that you were often ahead with information once a sale had been agreed because you were in contact with your solicitor on an almost daily basis and were fortunate that your solicitor would communicate with you so frequently. As the client who is paying their bill we do encourage our vendors to communicate with their solicitors regularly but as you were so proactive it was difficult to actually get information that you were unaware of to pass on. When needed we were able to help your solicitor navigate the issue with the original builder of the apartment within a matter of days because of our experience. This same issue has taken several months to sort out with other apartments in the development. We of course wish you well in the future and are glad that the apartment completed successfully in a fantastic timeframe.

GoogleI wasted a lot of time in viewing and putting an offer, which was higher than any other offers I was advised by them, for a property located at Stanley street, Walsall. During my offer I told Kelly from Paul Carr’s auctions team, I have also got cash in hand in case any other financial arrangement method fails. I had also arranged bridging finance. On Saturday, I was given all positive feedback and then on Monday, I found out property has been sold to someone with cash offer. When I asked questions then I was told no it doesn’t matter any more as it has been sold and we have only sold it because it was cash offer. But did I not say I have also got the cash? Yes I did. I had already got quote from my builder. Such a waste of time. Please be mindful when working with people to not waste their time. Thank you.

GoogleI have had several dealings with Paul Carr and each time I find a property I am interested in they are more interested in my finances than arranging a viewingSo l don’t trust this Company They are NOT Professional People. They don’t even respond to my requests ps. (Norton Canes ) after phone call to Paul carr they said sorry it’s under offer. Of course it will be because you never come back to me for a week. 😡

Nothing was too much trouble, and staff were more than happy to spend time explaining the process and offering very helpful advice and guidance.
