My husband and I have had a fantastic experience with Paul Carr, Aldridge. My husband sold his property with Paul Carr and received an amazing service from Nat (the Branch Manager), from the initial appraisal to completion he speaks highly of Nat and her team. Nat was full of energy and fantastic at showing potential buyers around his house, which led to multiple offers in as little as two weeks. The transaction was smooth and communication throughout with the in-house team was brilliant. We then both had a great experience when purchasing a property being sold through Paul Carr. From start to finish, our experience with them has been amazing. From viewing the house and dealing with Nat and Michelle Roberts, to then being passed on to Michelle Hiley as the sales progressor, the service has been outstanding. Michelle Hiley has been absolutely amazing. Her communication throughout the process, between ourselves and the vendor, was excellent and consistent. She kept us fully informed at every stage, always responding promptly and clearly. Michelle was totally professional, extremely helpful, and incredibly reassuring during what hasn’t been the smoothest transaction due to slight delays with our buyer. She genuinely went above and beyond to keep everything moving and made us feel supported throughout. Considering we were the buyers and not the sellers with this transaction with Paul Carr, we couldn’t have asked for better service.

We had the pleasure of working with Michelle Hiley during our recent property purchase, and despite not being her direct clients, she made us feel as we were. Michelle went above and beyond, acting as the perfect bridge between us and the sellers. Her dedication, communication, and persistence were truly outstanding, without her, we don’t believe our purchase would have gone through as smoothly or as quickly as it did. She consistently kept us informed, chased up both sides, and ensured everything stayed on track. We never once felt that we were a burden and as first time buyers, she really has made a really stressful process a whole lot easier. Simply amazing service, we can’t recommend her highly enough!

So disappointed! I asked Paul Carr to give me an appraisal on my home back in may with a view to them selling it. A Gentleman named Luke came round and gave me all the bells and whistles as to how they would market it, how they would do all the viewings and what they would say to maximise interest and how they would keep me informed every step of the way. I ate it all up and signed the contract, from there on it was so lazy! It's was on the market for 6 weeks with no interest and zero communication and zero feedback from Paul Carr. I had to call and chase them up and complain that they had basically left me in the dark and that I shouldn't have to chase them. They basically changed the order of which some of the photos appeared on right move and changed some of the wording. A half hearted response to my complaint. They then promised to view how my property was performing online and give me feedback within a couple of weeks, that never happened. Upon the end of my contract I had 2 viewings from 2 different couples (which my wife had to do not them) with again basically no feedback other than one couple didn't like how the house was positioned. Very vague. At one point I even had to call and complain about where the for sale sign was put, it was stuck in the conifers on the side of my house not in the front garden! I genuinely couldn't wait for my contract to end with them when I called to ask them to take it off the market I spoke to Michelle and she basically said yeah fine just send an email! No effort and awful customer service! Awful!

Terrible service. Viewed a flat twice and was very interested in buying it. We asked the agent who took the viewings for important information. He said he would get the office to contact us with said information. Never phoned!, Also, asked for a viewing on another property and they said they would come back to us with a suitable time. Again, never phoned. We have purchased elsewhere now. I’m surprised they ever manage to sell any property.

I used Paul Carr Aldridge to sell my home in Aldridge. Firstly I dealt with Natalie on the phone who was very friendly and helpful. Natalie came out to house to do valuation. I feel the price was neither low or way above realistic valuation. Matt came out next to take photographs ( the photographs were of a high standard and showed the house to it's full potential ) Matt also took particulars for house sale to create a sales brochure. Within 24 hours after being given the opportunity to check everything ( photographs, house details and brochure) my home went on the market. I decided to do the viewings myself however you can have an agent do these for you as well if you choose. The process of booking viewings was very straight forward. Paul Carr deal with the phone calls and ask for days/ times slots that work for the vendor ( myself ) They then email interested buyers basic details and day / time of viewing. I searched Google for homes for sale in my area and my home appeared within top searches. Within the first day I had multiple viewings booked in. I made a choice to not have a sales board outside house but this is an option. I sold my home from internet listing within two days for above asking price. Once the sale was agreed the process was very straight forward and stress free from Paul Carr's end. They helped me to arrange an EPC assessment which is needed for sale completion. This was conducted thoroughly and quickly within the process. My solicitors were delayed and Paul Carr assisted with that ensuring they acted timely. I was not moving to another home on day of completion by was purchasing land on the same day. Completion day was very straight forward. I was communicated to and new owners were provided keys on time with ease. Cost to sell through Paul Carr was very reasonable. We are going to be using Paul Carr again very soon for the sale of another home. Overall if you are looking for a friendly, helpful and efficient service, Paul Carr does tick all those boxes.

Used Paul Carr to advertise the sale of my house. Michelle was outstanding from the point of valuation and guiding me through the ‘offer ’process. Matt did a great job with the photography. The communication was poor following the sale of my house and I was disappointed that I needed to make contact with the after sale colleague. One noticeable point was, I was not informed by Paul Carr the contracts had exchanged and the day after the move I received I a call to ask if the the contracts had been exchanged. I chose to contact the estate agent of the house I was buying for guidance.

We have had nothing but a fantastic experience with Paul Carr in Aldridge/ Bloxwich. We used them to sell our house and we also brought our second home with them, the team were very attentive and were always happy to answer any questions or queries. Pete Cowley was our mortgage advisor and he was amazing he sorted our mortgage with no issues at all, he was always available through calls, emails and even messages nothing was too much trouble. Natalie Carswell was our estate agent and again nothing was too much trouble for Natalie, she was superb with communication, very attentive to our needs and reassured us keeping us up to date throughout. Had an awful experience with the Aldridge branch of Paul Carr particularly from Michelle who clearly didn’t want us to buy a house that they were selling as she made it her mission to make everything difficult even though we were in a great position to buy and just had to find THE house. I even requested that others contact us instead of Michelle in the end but this was ignored. Would not recommend this estate agents. In regards to your comments Chris, I don’t need to contact you. The review is an honest opinion of the service we received and based on that we will avoid any houses being sold by Paul Carr in the future.
