Charges exorbitant rates for very little work and does not explain costs clearly. Manager is extremely arrogant and defaces every single document.

GoogleWell we’re do I start. Unfortunately this isn’t a great review. The service I received was nothing but terrible. They sign you up to a contact to sell your mobile home making it sound like money up front is better and cheaper so I did . Then all you get is lies lies and more . No one ever came to view but then why should they sell it they had there money . The owner is rude the staff don’t care all I can say is a big STAY AWAY FROM THE CONS . There better companies that sell your mobile much faster and much better service

GoogleWe made a mistake using Seekers to sell my mother's park home on a 'sought after' estate recently thinking they were 'experts'. Not one viewing in 4 months, after paying over £700 up front with the balance to be paid on completion. We eventually gave it to another local estate agent who had a viewing and full asking price offer within 3 days. Hugely disappointed with the lack of service, and feel that once they have received some money they don't really care whether they sell it or not. If you feel you really have to use them, I would say DON'T go for the cheaper option of paying part up front first. That way you might get them to do something.

GoogleMy late brother recommended Seekers to sell his mobile home as he bought through them and wanted to make selling easy for me. Keith still had my brothers details on file which answered questions that I might not have been able to answer. It sold on number four viewing. Seekers was able to do the “leg work” for me which can be confusing for a novice. The office staff were lovely and patient to me when I had a query. I have since recommended to others.

GoogleContacted Seekers to deal with the sale of my aunts park home about a year ago. The appointment made, Keith come to visit us and explained everything clearly and took us through the process and the paperwork involved. The whole process of selling a park home was much simpler than selling a house and we were kept informed of events as they happened by the friendly office team who were also only to happy to help with any queries. As Seekers specialise in park homes it certainly made the whole experience easier and quicker then dealing with conventional estate agents, which I know my aunt was very grateful for being slightly anxious about the prospect of selling. Thanks again to everyone involved.

GoogleWe recently sold our park home with Seekers and could not fault the service they provided. Keith came to see us and gave clear and sensible advice which included all the possible problems as well as the positive’s involved in selling. He gave a sensible valuation to our property which following his advice proved to be spot on. All documentation needed to facilitate the sale where provided and explained which removed a great deal of the stress involved. Communication was always good and viewings arranged only with interested parties. All in all could not fault the service provided and would always recommend Seekers if you want to sell your park home.

GoogleUsed Seekers to sell my Mother in law's park home in Shepperton. We paid the upfront fees and couldn't have wished for a better service. Keith Morgan gave it his personal attention and had a deal sealed very quickly although the home wasn't in the best condition. Seekers also did the conveyancing and it all went very smoothly. Don't hesitate to use them. 😉

GoogleI used Seekers to sell my late mothers park home earlier this year. Keith Morgan met me at my mothers home and explained the process. The home was swiftly advertised. I was kept up to date at all times and someone always responded quickly and well to any questions I had. I believe I was very well served by this specialist agent ( as opposed to a general estate agent) and I would highly recommend. Mel Smith

GoogleSold a Park home through Seekers recently and on the whole the experience was very good. Communication was good even messages left were replied to and my questions and queries we’re dealt with in a timely and professional manner. My park home has been on the books for a while due to COVID however a buyer was found and the selling experience was relatively smooth. I would have awarded an extra star but unfortunately the Solicitors that Seekers recommended were not great and they “Solicitors” didn’t really understand the concept of how the Park Home process works and that has reflected in my score given. This was the only blight on the experience and I hope that Seekers have an internal review on who they recommend in future.

GoogleI cannot praise the Seekers team highly enough, my first sale fell through as the buyer lost theirs but Seekers were quick on the job & very soon buyer number 2 was in place. All the office staff were & are very pleasant & kept me updated of any changes. Keith even took time to guide me through the necessary park home paperwork which was invaluable. I would definitely recommend Seekers should you be wanting to sell your Park Home, they are the best.

GoogleWhen it came to selling Mum’s park home in Cheshire we didn’t really know where to start but thankfully Seekers guided us every step of the way, taking us through to a successful sale. Keith provided informed advice without pressurising us in any way and handled all of the negotiations in a very professional and stress-free way. You don’t find this level of service very often so we are really happy that we found this super-helpful company.

GoogleIf there was an option of -1, i would have selected it. I am planning to sell my home; i had to change a day for evaluation due to my work pattern. During the Covid, it was up and down with work, so had to juggle between work and getting the place ready. I was stunned the way i was spoken to when i tried to move the day ahead. Apparently i was talking with the owner of the business. It was a very unpleasant conversation. He asked me how much i have paid for the property, and after my suggestion that he supposed to tell me the value, he went off. I cannot recall ever been spoken like this by any business. I was told that because i don't know what i am up to, he actually does not want to do business with me, and because it is too far (not) for him to come along, i better off finding some other agent. Wow, i am so glad the colours came through before i signed the contract with this firm, it would have been a disaster. I am of foreign origin, so total prejudice. I have sold and bought not one property in UK, and never have been treated like it. Seekers, good luck to you, i think you will need it!

Googlephoned about a home for sale in Bordon, i had asked about the how old the property was and the pitch fees. They gave me the information and at no point did they tell me the home was under offer and would be finalised by Jan. I went to the shop to get the details, which they gave me again not telling me about the offer. I then phoned and asked about the home again this was when i was told it was under offer, i explained that it had not said that on their web site, they said they would change that. This was Monday it is now Friday and still shows the home is still up for sale and not under offer. Feel sorry for people who are trying to sell their property through this company.

GoogleWould give zero stars if I could. This estate agent has no idea about the business they are in. Told my parents they would only get £150,000.00 for their park home. They had another estate agent look who said they had massively under value it. The new estate agents sold it for almost £30,000.00 more. Do not trust Seekers they are a joke

GoogleVery professional and value for money. A buyer was found very promptly and a complicated sale was handled magnificently. Wouldn’t use any one else. Friendly, approachable and professional service. Just brilliant.
