After nearly two years of struggling to sell Mum's Park Home through other estate agents (who vastly over estimated a sensible selling price), I bit the bullet and contacted Seekers. Keith met me and talked me through the realities of selling an older Park Home, no matter how lovely the setting, and answered many questions I had sought answers to from other sources. It wasn't a quick process because the Home looked less than its best having been empty for two years and because of the age restrictions on the site, and the price achieved was less than I had hoped. However Keith and his team went above and beyond in terms of service and communications, and the property has now passed to new owners. Highly recommended.

I am so glad I chose Seekers of Aldershot to sell my park home. Their fees were excellent compared to other agents I had quotes from. They made the whole process completely stress free. Office staff were very professional and worked with us to get the best pictures before advertising the home. This was all done very quickly. We were constantly kept informed of any developments and when we had a potential buyer they were very good in notifying everyone of the process. We also used Keith for the conveyancing of the property and he helped us through each stage of the schedules and made things very simple and stress free. I would recommend Seekers Park Home Estate Agents because they are the most experienced and knowledgeable in their field. When buying or selling a park home you want the peace of mind that true experts can provide. All Seekers staff work hard to make the entire process as simple, straightforward and painless as possible which is exactly what you want. They even make allowances if you get a bit stressed as most of us do even thinking about moving house! I would trust them again without hesitation to handle my sale (or purchase) including the necessary paperwork to take the process to a satisfactory conclusion. When you buy/sell a park home there is no land involved so the legals are way less complex. Keith can handle all this if required, as he did for me, everything was explained and I was informed about what was going on every step of the way.
