Michael was very helpful during the valuation visit and had good knowledge of the local area. The sales team were good and happy to communicate via text to check viewings could be booked and keep me updated when viewings were happening.

TrustpilotGreat experience for my first property
It was a great experience and couldn't have been easier. Lots of help and could ask questions without being made to feel stupid, which is handy when dealing with your first property! Hope that Beth is still there when I come to move again!

My husband and I recently viewed a property in Brockhill with Abi Heppner. She was friendly, knowledgable and extremely personable. We didn't feel we were being rushed around and if we do move to the area, we will definitely be getting in touch with Prospect again.

We have used prospect for the first time and can happily say the service has been perfect. Agnese is our point of contact and has been superb throughout the process. I cannot fault her work at all. I am very impressed with the service.

TrustpilotCustomer service is really poor
Customer service is really poor. Don't have the mindset to assist the customer or solve our problems. The prospect's team prioritises their convenience more than improving customer experiences, and is not willing to go the extra mile to provide better customer experiences.

Good morning Isha. Thank you for your review. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile, so am disappointed to hear you didn't feel this was the case when dealing with us. Please could you email me some further information to customerservice@prospect.co.uk so I can look into everything further and where needed, ensure we learn and grow from your experience. Thank you, Hanna.

TrustpilotProperty Management
Our property is looked after by Nikki G a member of Prospect's Property Management department. She takes away any of our tenancy and property management worries. She is a good communicator, is always promptly available when we need to contact her and she makes sure that any necessary aspects are followed up to conclusion. Would therefore recommend based on our experiences so far.

Disgusted by the discrimination and horrific attitude we faced when booking a viewing for a property to rent today. Team members at this agency were highly unprofessional. We were questioned and judged on personal matters that had no relation with the act of booking a viewing. Thoroughly unsatisfied with the lack of quality customer care and basic human decency. We sincerely do not recommend using this agency's services.

GoogleI had a property to sell in a very challenging time for the economy. The team were amazing - great communication and support. Very calm and knowledgeable. Can’t rate the team highly enough. Really friendly and patient and made it clear they would persevere until it was sold and the process completed. Very grateful. Thanks very much. Dan, Shaun and Natasha are all brilliant. They delivered on their promises and got my property sold!

TrustpilotProspect Estate Agents
Prospect Estate Agents have been professional and helpful from the moment they came to see us about putting our property on the market right through to the sale. They spent time helping the proposed sale go forward to exchange of contracts by keeping in touch with the chain and ensuring that everyone knew what they had to do to get the sale done. I don't think that the exchange of contracts would have happened without Virginia from Prospect Estate Agents constant progress chasing.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
