The best I've ever dealt with…

By far the best estate agency I've ever dealt with. Beth took the time to listen and knew our house inside and out, she worked tirelessly in a difficult market to show multiple people round our home and was always on the end of the phone when needed. Paul was incredible when it came to pushing the sale over the line and I truly believe that it may not have happened without his efforts! Thank you Prospect Warfield 😊

Best Estate Agents!

A massive thank you to Michael, Matt and Beth. Excellent communication through the entire sales process - each one of them went above and beyond to help us through the journey; from viewings, to checking on how things were progressing and the great advice each step of the way. Truly felt you were all in our corner working to accomplish this. Customer service is excellent with Prospect and I would highly recommend this company when selling or buying. A massive thank you, Michael, Matt and Beth on all of your hard work to get us to this point. It wouldn't have happened if it weren't for your due diligence and caring about our relocation - so glad we chose you for our sale!

Professionalism Thumbs up !!!!!!

Since I started interacting with Nicola Dixon on the property management team , emails and phone calls have been dealt with a quick swift response , before they were very late in dealing with issues whatever they came up. Things have now been better with letting my property since I’ve been dealing with Nicola.

Beth/Warfield office

Beth, from the Warfield office, is brilliant. She took great care to find out exactly what we were looking for, and then, rather than flooding us with irrelevant properties, showed us exactly what we wanted. Beth is efficient, friendly, straightforward, and thus can highly recommend that branch of this agency.

Beth in Wokingham was great

Finally exchanged on a property after a long few months. Could've easily turned into a bit of a nightmare experience, but Beth has been fantastic throughout. Going above & beyond to chase up every step in the process & escalate issues when things were taking to long. Not only that but she was polite & cheerful throughout, a real pleasure to work with.

Thanks Davina and Team.

Davina was a joy to work with throughout our sale. We did not expect much activity in such a depressed market however Davina and the team managed a constant stream of interested buyers, and secured our sale within 6 weeks. Outstanding.Communication was proactive and immediate. The mechanics of progressing the sale through to a successful conclusion were all handled smoothly and with enthusiasm. A positive experience from start to finish.

Good experience

We have finished renting our flat for 1 year with Nikki Gardner as property manager. She was very attentive and let us know of any issues in a timely manner. Specifically, when given our 4 months notice to vacate she was a great help in sorting our affairs.
