REALLY GOOD SERVICE

Very pleased with Jackson-Stops Estate Agents. They were very proactive in marketing & selling our property in Slough. They have a good on line presence and regularly updated us on viewings. It was easy to check on progress via their link. In particular, Teegan was proactive in the process and secured a successful sale.Highly recommended!

Great Viewing Experience

We had two great viewings of a property with Tracy from the Jackson Stops Woburn office. Although we decided not to proceed with this particular house, Tracy was superb in showing us around the property and made it a very enjoyable experience; patient, knowledgeable and fun. We felt completely at ease when looking around, and any questions afterwards were very promptly responded to. Would totally recommend.

A Standout Company

Tim Hayward and the team at Jackson-Stops Burnham Market office successfully sold our home in a timeframe and result that truly exceeded our expectations. From the outset, they knew how to best showcase a distinctively different property, and swiftly engaged suitable buyers who sought the same lifestyle. Throughout the process, they were the epitome of professionalism - knowledgeable, communicative and proactive. Most importantly, we entrusted Tim, Carolyn and Natasha as they are genuine, kind and lovely people, who just happen to be, class acts in their industry.

Karl at the Lancashire branch was fantastic . Karl went above and beyond to ensure the whole process went as smoothly as it could have. Unlike other agents we had experience with, Karl made himself available to us to answer any queries at any time .Nothing was too much trouble and we felt entirely comfortable every step of the way. Our purchase took a little longer than expected due to issues with solicitors on both sides. Karl played a big part in getting the queries cleared and the communication issues resolved. We couldn't have asked for more !

Karl Ormerod is an exceptionally highly experienced property expert. Karl is super knowledgeable in all areas of the property market. Karl, sold our house with much professional expertise from the first meeting with him until handing the keys over on our moving out day. Karl reaches out to a huge network of families looking for relocation and he has a wide network of contacts as well. Karl went above and beyond for our family to make the selling and move of our house as easy as it possible could be.We cannot recommend Karl highly enough.

Great Estate Agents, Oscar is fab

Overall, an outstanding Estate Agents. Oscar has been an absolute dream in helping us with our house hunt. My partner and I have quite a strict criteria, and Oscar has been so attentive and helpful throughout, which has made all the difference in what is usually a stressful process. I'm confident we will find what we're looking for so long as Jackson-Stops is involved. Many thanks,Megan & Arthur

Buying a house is stressful, but the team at Jackson-Stops made it a breeze. We recently sold our property through Jackson Stops in Lindfield and couldn’t fault Guy and the team throughout. From the moment they completed the initial evaluation through to post completion, everyone at JS was polite, professional and the communication exceptional. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to work with the team again in future.

Excellent Service

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Karl at Jackson-Stops for all the amazing hard work he put in on our behalf to ensure we were, at long last, able to buy the house of our dreams. We think it’s fair to say that at times selling our house at 10 Ewanville, was particularly difficult and stressful and without Karl’s expertise and guidance, not to mention his excellent advice on how to handle certain situations, the outcome could have been very different. Karl went above and beyond and was always available to us throughout our purchase and sale and for that we are extremely grateful. We felt very fortunate that it was Karl who was selling 20 Victoria Road and very happy when he suggested to us that he and Jackson-Stops would be happy to assist us with the sale of our own house. He has been so patient and professional throughout, we simply can’t thank him enough. Thanks to Karl we are now living in our dream house in our dream location and hopefully have many happy years to look forward to. Thank you so much Karl for everything you have done for us in order to make our dreams come true! We really appreciate all of the hard work you have put in on our behalf. Many thanks Karl.

Thank you!

Toby and his team at Lindfield were enthusiastic, professional and helpful at what was a somewhat difficult time for me. They handled the sale of my late parents' house with compassion and care.I'm a natural cynic and pessimist when it comes to estate agents, but was very happy to be able to change my mind.

Excellent Agents - thank you so much James!

Quite frankly the experience we have had with Jackson-Stops in particular James Carroll from the Barnstaple branch has been outstanding. We have bought and sold many properties over the years and I can honestly say purchasing through James has been the best experience to date! Communicative, professional, honest and efficient without doubt but going above and beyond, always at the other end of the phone for advice has been an invaluable part of our process. I know our vendors feel the same. Many thanks James. David and Lainey

Fantastic experience as a buyer

Anthony Inskip at the Woburn branch was a total joy to work with as a buyer. He made the process far less painless when dealing with set backs up and down the chain along the way. Anthony was communicative and highly knowledgeable both about the process and the local area. I only wish we had gone with Jackson Stops to represent us as vendors... We shall in the future!
