FacebookReally disappointed by Flick and Son's today, paid a holding deposit less than 48 hours ago as they said I had to pay it immediately, I hadn't even sent all the information for application and then needed to pull out and they wouldn't refund me. Kept the holding deposit even though they didn't even start the application and the house was in high demand so they would be able to let it out as well. Such a shame when people are obviously struggling in this climate no compassion at all.

We of course endeavour to resolve disputes in a fair and amicable way for both parties, however, in this situation you were in breach of your tenancy agreement and therefore we are obliged to recover any costs owed to the landlord in result of this breach.
