Flick & Son handled the sale of our holiday cottage for us. They secured significant interest in our property and although one prospective purchaser withdrew very late in the process (not Flicks fault), their energy and commitment to find another buyer never wavered. Their process of having a senior member of their team oversee the conveyance process once an offer has been accepted means that you have a dedicated and highly professional resource making sure that things happen to ensure, as best as they can, that an accepted offer converts into a completed sale. We felt that they always worked hard in our best interests, particularly Oliver and Matt in their Aldeburgh office - highly recommended.

Can't thank Matthew and Henry enough in sales they said... it's just taken that one person to come though the door and live it.... 2nd person though the door bought our huge family home was time for us to down size flicks made the transition extremely smooth with the stamp duty increase looming over us. We managed to do the whole deal in seven weeks which was incredible. Thank you to Sabrina and progression. Also I highly recommend Tom Ramsay at Fairweather Law. He is brilliant was recommended by Sabrina. We took her advice and use Tom and he is absolutely brilliant. Totally on top of everything. If you're thinking about selling your house go with flex I definitely give them a five star review.

Sabrina and her team worked very hard in over seeing the completion of our property. When we decided to sell our Aldeburgh holiday home back last March we had no idea how difficult the whole process would be. In our case this was made very difficult by our buyers poor choice of conveyancing solicitor and lender. What should have been a very simple sale resulted in continuous false hope that this sale was ever going to complete. Sabrina at Flick & Co repeatedly reminded our buyer of the need to request that his solicitor move forward in order that exchange can go ahead. Even on the agreed day of completion, that morning our buyers lender pulled the plug and refused to complete. So we are very grateful that we appointed Flick & Co and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, because when things don’t go as planned you really need an experienced estate agents to jump in and help.
