Mortgage Application Made Easy!

I had the pleasure of using David's mortgage advice service in early 2015 and can't praise him highly enough.David was great at identifying the mortgage that best suited my financial position and even took all the stress out completing the massive amount of paperwork that a mortgage application entails.I have no hesitation in recommending this service as it made what I thought would be an incredibly stressful experience into a much easier one to get through.

Called independent mortgage and property services and was interested in a property, was happy to make an offer without physically seeing the property as the home report was in good order, they then said the property needed to be on the market for at least a week, before any offers would be accepted, we then arranged to view the property the next day and travelled up from down south the following day and called to make sure they where going to make the appointment, only to be told the place had sold, I can only speculate that this was done in an effort to possibly get the place sold at low cost to perhaps a friend or someone they know, again that's just speculation, but the fact remains why wouldn't they have as many people as possible make offers and get there cleint the best price? after all that is there job.

I am very sad to say my experience with this company was far from satisfactory. From the beginning to four weeks later when I discharged their service of selling my home, it was a complete shambles. I had paid the marketing fee, what for I still don't know for a sale board in my garden? The pictures were bad..only on one site..had to constantly chase them...I had no viewings etc in four weeks. On changing estate agent within 7 hours the pictures were professionally done and on all major sites..the sale boards up and two viewings arranged! I will not be recommending this company.. No offer of a refund either. Very disappointing.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Independent Mortgage & Property Services. I received first class mortgage advise which was totally independent with no prejudice to any lender. This process was painless and very straight forward and I had a AIP in the matter of a day. I also sold my house the through Independent Mortgage & Property Services. Once again the staff were very professional and their advise invaluable. They obviously get good coverage in the property market as we had seven viewers in four weeks and the last person bought the house. In summary I have no complaints with Independent Mortgage & Property Services and would highly recommend them.

Poor service received from rental side of business. Deposit continually threatened, repairs not actioned, lease illegible and held us liable to a lease we couldn’t see, paraded viewers through home while we were still living there as seemingly in lease we couldn’t read. Made a complaint in writing and received lies in response and did not address points raised. Really poor service, Do not use.
