Can’t recommend enough! David has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Took all of the stress out of finding a mortgage and was there to answer the countless questions I had. We also sold our house with independent in under a week and managed to get over home report. Louise and Fiona were so helpful arranging all the viewing and made the whole process stress free.

David sold us a house on behalf of his close childhood friend. We are not such lucky new owners. Kitchen appliances, pots/pans/plates, mirrors, bricks, slabs, pieces of wood. Back garden left absolute mess, for sale board left. Contaminated refuse bins, that where full and vile that council refuse to collect . David Randell was selling this house for close family friend. I asked him on various occasions about property being cleared, even put it in the missives. They advised solicitors this would be picked up, then never bothered. I have asked David if he could speak to his friend to have their items removed and nothing. Absolutely disgraceful way to leave a property to us the new owners. We couldn’t move in when collected keys. Once deal is done they don’t want to help. All we wanted was for this to be picked up. We even removed items ourselves from the house, currently blocking our driveway. David knows about this and is happy to leave it clearly 😡

I had previously let from the company before getting a mortgage, the staff were friendly and made my wife and I feel very much at home, thanks to Wendy and Marta for all their help, as for the mortgage, I got advice from David the owner/mortgage advisor, he was extremely helpful, all I had to do was bring in all the relevant informatio/documentation and he did all the spade work for me, I had a decision in principal immediately and within 4 weeks I had the keys to our new home, couldn't have ran any smoother and can't thank you enough for all your help.
