GoogleHad a really great experience with Your Move over the past couple of years. They helped me find tenants and also buyers for two apartment sales, and made the whole process feel easy. They are super helpful whenever you have questions or need stuff doing. Big shout to Harry as well, he’s been very helpful and always goes the extra mile to help. Would definitely recommend them to any landlord or vendor in the Northampton area.

GoogleI recently rented a room through Your Move and dealt with letting agent Siobhan Fenn during the process. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. During the viewing and again at the time of exchanging contracts, I clearly specified that the mattress in the room needed to be removed before I moved in. However, when I collected the keys, the mattress was still there and this request had not been addressed. In addition, I found that I had to take the initiative for most of the communication throughout the process. I had to repeatedly call and prompt for updates and information regarding the next stages, as there seemed to be very little proactive communication or attention to detail. Overall, the process felt disorganized and required more effort from me than I would have expected from a letting agency managing the tenancy process.

GoogleHonestly I've had a horrible experience with your move and I advise anyone who's thinking of using them for lettings to beware We looked at a property we were interested in, your move accepted our offer quickly and went onto referencing. Referencing was passed in a few days and we were told that everything was good to go ahead so we handed in our notice to our current landlord. I enquired twice about getting a second viewing so I could take measurements for things like furniture and so on. But they kept delaying or going silent. Mind you we also had offers on other properties so us settling on this one meant we rejected other options. And just one week before our move in date I get a call from the referencing agency saying the landlord has changed their mind?? This is absolutely horrible service. Either they weren't being transparent with me when it came to agreeing the property or they don't vet their landlords properly. When I spoke to the referencing agency about this, they say "well ultimately it's up to the landlord." I enquired about appealing the decision but it's been completed radio silence since then. Absolutely horrible experience and it's really set us back and screwed us over.
Dear Mr. Shah, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear how this situation has been for you and completely understand your frustrations. We do, however, want to clarify that, while we manage the process and communication, the final decision to proceed with a tenancy always rests solely with the landlord. In this instance, the landlord made the decision not to proceed after referencing had been completed, which unfortunately was not within our control and, as you’ve said, has not gone in our favor either. However, that does not change the disruption caused to you, and hence, we worked hard to find you an alternative property. We wish you all the best in your new home.

Your move are not pushy in any way, they gave us time to make decisions and overall can’t fault them. I would definitely recommend!

GoogleI had real bad experience with YourMove agent Maddie Morrin. She was favouring the STINGY LANDLORD who didn't want to do anything for the mouldy conditions in the house. She has given me real stress at the end of the tenancy and wanted to keep all my deposit despite the pathetic and poor condition of the house in which I had to live
