GooglePoor communication. Don’t reply to emails or pass messages on. Didn’t want to seem to sell my house. Seemed like too much effort. I was constantly asking for feedback from potential buyers which was either not given or vague. I was the one constantly chasing them. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. Poor customer service.

GoogleI can not praise Clare, Ian, David and the team highly enough. It is fair to say managing the property business clients within Bradford presents it's own dynamic challenges. However the sales team professionally dealt in my best interest, maintained great communications throughout through text, email and calls. Excellent work and many thanks.

GoogleI sold my property with WW Estates (Wibsey) and found all the staff particularly Ford to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and questions were dealt with almost immediately. Quick to respond to telephone calls and emails were returned straight away which is excellent. I would recommend WW Estates without hesitation. 5 STARS....

FacebookIt was my first house to rent I couldn’t find an estate agent I came across James at WW estates he is a cracking bloke who has time and day for you he advised me on everything I need to do I look forward to working with WW estates Adele at the wibsey branch was very helpful too these guys do seriously go out of their way to help you I look forward to working with ww estates and the team in the very near future and hope our relationship continues to be a great one that it is so far couldn’t thank these guys whether you’re a landlord with multiple properties or one they will treat you the same and give you that respect whether you are a tenant finding a property they will find the best suited property for your needs keep up the good work guys!
