Thank you to all of the team at WW who supported us with our house sale. We originally planned to go with an online estate agent but after speaking to Dan at WW we felt that the team were much better suited to our needs, especially as they have been in the Bradford area for a very long time! Everyone we spoke to at WW- Dan, Max, Clare and Louise were super friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the whole sale journey. Thanks to you all!

I had exceptional service from Max and the team at WW Estates. I had a brilliant experience selling my house with Max from WW Estates. From the very first meeting, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive. He took the time to explain everything clearly and guided me through each step of the process with real care and attention. Max was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. He always seemed to know exactly what encouragement I needed. His communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Thanks to Max’s hard work and dedication, my house sold quickly and the whole process went far more smoothly than I ever expected. I genuinely can’t thank him enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you Max, I don't think I could have managed the process without you!

It has been an exceptional experience dealing with WW Estate Agents. Their professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the Bradford property market truly stand out. As a first-time buyer, I finalized my property on the 12th of May and, remarkably, received the keys within just two months. The team was consistently cooperative, supportive, and proactive in keeping me updated throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Dan Marsden, you’re a star! You showed up at the perfect time and guided me to the property that perfectly suited my needs. Thank you, Dan, and the entire WW Estate Agents team. I genuinely appreciate your support and would highly recommend your services to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Bradford.

Fantastic service from the WW Team in selling my home. Dan came armed with in depth analytics on the area to back up his valuation. This made me feel secure in the valuation provided. Throughout the process Clare kept me informed with all the developments on both sides of the sale. This made my life so much easier, meaning i could get on with my day. I can only hope my next purchase is as easy as WW make selling. There's a reason why 4 homes in a row on my street were with WW. Don't be shy, give them a call, super professional and friendly bunch.

I just completed a purchase on a house being sold via WW Estate Agents and got my keys yesterday. The team were amazing and incredibly kind and patient. I'm a first time buyer and had a hundred and one questions but each time the tea gave me helpful answers and if they didn't know the answers then they were honest enough to admit that and then redirected me to a place that would know. We did hit a couple of bumps in the road which was no ones fault but their tone of voice always remained kind and friendly. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

I finally sold my house with WW Estates after having no hope to sell my house with another estate agent I decided to give WW a try as they are known to the local area and I can’t lie it was the best decision I have ever made! Hats off to Ian and James as their customer service was the best I have ever received. My house was sold within weeks! The girls on the phone are always polite and are pronto. I highly recommend these guys as they always keep you updated as knowing selling your home can be a stressful time. Don’t hesitate to contact WW if you are looking to sell in the BD10 area as these guys know their stuff and have your heart at their best interest. I wish I could give more stars as you guys deserve it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

WW Esate agents are fantastic. They offer a personal service which is second to none and quite surprising for estate agents. From the first contact all of the team were pleasant, professional, well mannered and the valuer was really good fun too, a welcome change for the hard sell corporate style of the bigger estate agents. Their price was the best as was the communication and the level of support. I had a number of personal difficulties during my house sale and Ford and the team often went out of their way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. They really did take the complications out of house selling and their service was the best I have experienced for estate agencies. I highly recommend WW Estates.

I highly recommend WW Estates Agents. We dealt with the Bolton Junction office. All their staff were a pleasure to deal with. Right from the off they understood our needs and met our expectations. The sale took a while as an earlier buyer withdrew but WW quickly found another buyer. We achieved our asking price. WW handled all the viewings and kept us and our solicitors regularly updated.

One of the smoothest house sales I've encountered, a hardworking team that keep you updated throughout and are available to answer questions at the drop of a hat. Thanks again for all the help, would absolutely work with you all again!
