I went to view a property with my dad and were ushered out of the property by the estate agent. No prior information that we were scheduled for 15 min slot. John the agent was rude, dismissive and very unprofessional. I was willing to pay the asking price.... No sale now! We have used this company more than once and they have been outstanding each time. This time was very difficult and stressful for us as numerous things went wrong but they went out of their way to help us. They were always professional and compassionate and well organized. Poor communication. Don’t reply to emails or pass messages on. Didn’t want to seem to sell my house. Seemed like too much effort. I was constantly asking for feedback from potential buyers which was either not given or vague. I was the one constantly chasing them. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. Poor customer service.
