GoogleOur late mother’s home recently found a buyer via WJ Meade. It was far from an easy sell for a number of reasons and we were many miles away. Yet they dealt patiently and professionally with all the issues raised by us or the buyers. The sale is a credit to their perseverance and attention to detail.

GoogleFairly straightforward probate sale. Sold within days and went through to completion within about 10 weeks without any issues. Agent has well established knowledge of area and market. Good communication from Meade and pleasant to deal with. Happy to recommend.

GoogleI have found WJ Meade staff to be extremely helpful in all the services they provide. Each department act on any issues that arise promptly efficiently and with professionalism. I have been dealing with Highams Park Branch and would like to say a thank you to Adam George Lyn and Francesca whom have been very supportive.

GoogleAdam was very helpful throughout the entire process for both our sale and our purchase. He always took the time to sit down and talk through options with us and answered any questions we had, this made the whole process much smoother than anticipated. I would definitely recommend WJ Meade for any sales or purchases as they are highly professional with strong communication throughout. Couldn't have asked for more!

GoogleI bought my house through Adam at WJMead and he did a great job on a tricky house buying process. He communicated really clearly and helped push the process along when it needed it. The whole thing ended up going down to the wire and I don't think we would have got it over the line without him.

GoogleWe are simply over the moon with WJ Meade and particularly with Adam! We submitted our offer straightaway after he showed the property through videoconference and it was accepted and taken off the market the morning after. He was really responsive and gave us a lot of advice about the area and the property itself after all his experience having sold similar properties in the area before. The best thing is, it took us just 5 weeks to complete! Again, top work for the whole AJ Meade team and in particular to Adam.

GoogleMy experience with this agency was incredibly disappointing. Despite sending an offer letter to them about a property, they failed to respond to my inquiries. There was no feedback on the outcome, and they never provided any updates or returned any calls in case I was still interested. I cannot recommend these agents due to their lack of communication and unresponsiveness. If you're looking for a reliable agency, it's best to explore other options.
Good afternoon Jignesh, I have spoken with the local branch to trace your experience and for their feedback. They inform me that you sent an email offer to the lettings negotiator; George however your proposed date for move in was too late for the landlord to accept and you had then decided to proceed with another property. The negotiator has spoken with you on the phone and you did not express to him such negativity, so it is disheartening you felt you had to write this review online. If you are still looking for a property, then we are at hand to help find you one should you wish, Kind regards, W J Meade.

GoogleI had an outstanding experience with WJ Meade Highams Park Estate Agent, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Adam, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing my new home. His dedication, knowledge, and professionalism were truly remarkable. Thanks to Adam and the team, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend WJ Meade Highams Park Estate Agent for their exceptional service, and I'm giving them a well-deserved 5-star rating!

GoogleI’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Damien Scott (assisted by Francesca) from W J Meade. My mother (75) needed to find urgent accommodation, with specific requirements. Damian went out of his way to secure a fantastic place for her in no time. The care and understanding through the process was fantastic. They facilitated all the admin etc for her to do it calmly and with cero stress. The property she is renting through WJ Meade is impecable as Damien told us it would be.She is very happy there! Thank you Damien

We made two office visits, made dozens of phone calls. conclusion; lost times. They are far from professional. constant bullshit…
