TrustpilotPortia is FANTASTIC!
Portia was incredible! She made our references light work and made the tenancy progress so easy! Especially for first time tenants, she was always on hand and always quick to respond and help! Don’t know what we would’ve done without her to be completely honest

TrustpilotI have been using WJ Meade for over 16…
I have been using WJ Meade for over 16 years to manage my property, and throughout that time I have found them to be consistently professional, reliable, and easy to work with. One of the things I value most is the quality of their tenant selection process. Their tenant referencing and checks have always been excellent, resulting in good tenants and a hassle-free experience as a landlord. After 16 years of positive experience, I can confidently recommend WJ Meade to other landlords looking for a dependable managing agent. Great service, strong tenant vetting, and a team that has always delivered when needed.

TrustpilotEstate agents extraordinaire!!
The estate agents Billy and Michael were absolutely wonderful from the very beginning of what can be a very emotional time, to the successful completion of sale. They were always professional, really knew what they were talking about, fantastic negotiators and amazingly patient and kind. I always appreciated their immediate response to calls and emails. I couldn’t recommend them and the agency more highly.
