GoogleWe have just exchanged on mums bungalow with Wilson Thomas, i just wanted to thank the whole Team, Simon, James, Justin, & Wendy, what a professional Team they are. They sold mums bungalow in 1 day and took all the stress away from us at a very difficult time. The whole work ethic is fantastic with a great sense of humour thown in, the comunication is second to none with constant phone calls, e-mails & messages !! GoogleI sold my property through the Lower Parkstone branch of Wilson Thomas at the end of last year. From the initial valuation right up to completion, I was really happy with the service they provided. Danny (the main estate agent I dealt with) was great! He kept me informed about what was going on throughout the whole process and was happy to chase solicitors on my behalf when there were hold ups. Both he and the rest of the team were always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls as well. As for putting the property on the sales market, they really exceled. The listing looked great and they managed to secure a sales price for my property that I was very happy with, particularly as a short-ish lease made it harder to sell. Other local estate agents seemed less inclined to put the effort into selling it with the lease as it was, but Wilson Thomas did and I’m extremely grateful for them having done so. When I come to sell again, I’d be more than happy to use Wilson Thomas!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI recently sold 2 properties with the team at Lower Parkstone office and couldn’t rate them more highly. Good hard working honest agents who communicate really well throughout the process. Buyers were secured on both properties in quick succession and they spent time ensuring all the relevant checks were made. I could of chosen many other agents that offered cheaper fees but Wilson Thomas fully justified their commission by delivering a great service all round. GoogleWilson Thomas helped us with a difficult sale of property, very smoothly and with little hassle in a speedy and very efficient manner. We do not live locally but they pulled out all the stops and to help all parties involved. Would definitely recommend their services and will use them again ! Thank you. Its now a year later since Wilson Thomas helped with the sale of a property (see above) and now in June 2021 we registered with them as we were looking to buy in the Broadstone area. We were offered a number of properties over several weeks and all were good for us but did not quite meet all our criteria. Also we were receiving info from other Estate Agents. WT were very good in the way they followed up and maintained contact to try to meet our exact needs. Then we were offered a new development which was about to come on the market and we were taken to see it and introduced to the developer. One of the Directors Justin ensured smooth communications with the developer and helped us achieve exchange of contract in a very short timescale and checked progress and smoothing of issues between the seller, solicitors and ourselves to completion. The whole team works in a well co-ordinated way and was focused on helping us meet our exact property requirements. Thank You for another excellent outcome!!

GoogleHaving spent months looking for a property, in the Bournemouth and Poole area we arranged a viewing with Simon Holt from Wilson Thomas. That property wasn't for us, but Simon took the time to understand our requirements and that combined with his knowledge of the market and the local area meant that he was able to recommend a property he knew we would love. We were determined to prove him wrong but could not and bought the property he suggested. He managed the purchase process with extreme professionalism providing us with regular updates and also being able to recommended complimentary services such as surveyors and solicitors. Wilson Thomas also offer their customers a free Move In Service which is excellent and saves loads. Thank you to Simon and the Wilson Thomas team!
