We have recently purchased a house through Wilkinson Grant. From the 1st contact we had in looking around the property, to collecting the keys at Completion, Cath Chadney and team too away all concerns or worries. They were the perfect conduit between us and the seller to work out the small details and negotiate a suitable completion date for the chain. Cath and the Wilkinson Grant team have been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you very much. You've been amazing. We love our new home.

Dyer customer service once sale had gone through. A real shame as were charming and lovely until transaction was complete. Then suddenly turned into extremely minipulative and rude individuals. They had missel properties (according to regulations). They upsell new builds which are no where near the quality they advertise and verbally sell to you on viewings. ‘All the bells and whistles,’ ‘A respected developer,’ ‘A few finishing touches will be made,’ ‘Top quality finish in every room,’ - to quote Dan Wilkinson from Exeter. Don’t believe it. It’s just spiel. My dealings with the company has been nothing but extremely frustrating; all forms of communication was NEVER responded to across nearly 3 months. We had to resort to meeting with the M.D. - Roger Wilkinson- to sort the problems to whom I give credit to. I would strongly not recommend buying a new-build through this company. Don’t be fooled by the spiel they give you.

I cannot recommend Wilkinson Grant enough... Especially our wonderful estate agent Gemma. She was assertive with potential buyers, kept us constantly updated and was a supportive voice in a time of extreme uncertainty. Thank you so much for all your hard work. With another property to sell in the near future, we will definitely be instructing them again without fail. I only wish we could chose the agent we buy through!

Excellent service.

Our appartment has been under a fully managed service by WG and we have no complaints. WG have a good team who communicate accurately and frequently keeping us informed of any issues that arise and importantly offer solutions. Finding suitable tenants has proved a WG strength and as a consequence we have enjoyed trouble free letting. Efficient service

We came into contact with Wilkinson Grant as tenants. They made the process of renting very easy and understandable to us as we were first time renters, for a 2 year period, with a temporary job connected house move. The staff had good local knowledge and handled all our queries with speed and efficiency. When we left the property, again all the paperwork and inspections were undertaken in a swift and professional manner, from staff with whom we were on first name terms with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wilkinson Grant Exeter.
