GoogleW&B have recently sold my late mother-in-law’s house. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and overall service has been wonderful. All viewings were conducted by the agent but we were kept up to date of all viewings. The agents were really proactive and after a short time on the open market, a full asking price offer was secured. Highly recommend W&B

GoogleIt took a while, but we finally achieved a satisfactory sale having been let down by potential purchasers along the way. Throughout the process the patience, level of service, and good humour displayed by Nick and his colleagues never wavered. They were accessible at all times, and acted with great calmness and professionalism, demonstrating the benefits of their local knowledge and experience in the business. I have no hesitation in recommending the excellent personal service received from Whittaker and Biggs in Macclesfield.

GoogleOverall we had 3 attempts to achieve a successful sale and W+B were very patient with me through that nightmare of a process. Marcus and his team work hard to pull it all together. Some large estate agents perform the full AML process for the seller - it might help enormously to speed up the legal process as solicitors still set their own pace and can often ignore client-specific needs.

GoogleEven though our sale was a nightmare, through no fault of Whittaker and Biggs the service we had was great. The staff are lovely and finally when our sale went through it went smoothly. Thanks to the team.
